“Grabbed a turkey bacon and Swiss panini and large mocha expresso on my way out from the eye doctors. I must say I was impressed. The sandwich was really good and the coffee perked me up and tasted good during. Only payed 13 dollars and that was with me leaving a tip. That’s super reasonable for the size of the coffee and sandwich I would highly recommend probably going to start stopping out for lunch or a midday coffee from now on“
“Listen, personality is everything when it comes to repeat customers! My girl Madison at the Steubenville Ohio location is seriously incredible and is the reason I continue to buy my coffee from there daily. Is my coffee always the best tasting? No, not always. But when you have people like Madison who work for the company and just make you and your day brighter, building rapport is more important! Great job, Steubenville Dunkin Donuts!! “Employee making my drink was sweet. My drink was amazing. Manager or supervisor (Im assuming) came I over while she was working up another person’s drink, calling her about some rags? She didn’t really need to be yelled at in front of customers, let alone some wash clothes you can find at the dollar tree. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope the employee has a better day and knows it’s just temporary.Parking: Good bit of parking, sharing with Kroger.“
“I don't know what happened to this place. There were very few donuts. The ventilation system was jury-rigged. They don't sell hot chocolate containers anymore. If this is new ownership, they don't know anything about customer service.“
“This is nothing against the workers they did a phenomenal job and it was busy this am...but who ever designed this place needs their head examined you literally ride around the building twice just to go thru the drive thru...not exactly drive thru friendly“
“Very cute drive through coffee shop. Service is amazing, everyone is so kind. They have the favorites, like mocha, caramel, vanilla, etc. And they have some seasonal options as well! I got the vanilla latte with oat milk and my cousin got the mocha with oat milk. Both were very good!“
“I go every morning and get a vanilla iced coffee with vanilla cold foam and a bagel they are so sweet to me always and i like my coffee a certain way they make it perfectly everytime i appreciate a good coffee shop right around the corner there amazing!!“
“Good coffee and a good price from a fairly speedy drive through. When I went had 4-5 cars ahead of me but the coffee was worth. Recommended to me by a local when I was on a trip and they were right. I'd go again if I was in town again.“
