😟 Was there twice this past week. First time my husband ordered a ribeye medium rare. Came out like shoe leather and looked nothing like a ribeye. Told the waitress it was wrong but we were in a hurry so didn't send it back. Second time, same thing, told the manager and she said yeah that's a ribeye but it's def cooked wrong. Texas Roadhouse, how in the world do you mess up and not have rolls? The ingredients are out of stock? What???
The drinks come out and they are set down in the wrong place twice, I ask for sauce for chicken critters, it doesn’t come out, my steak is under cooked. Oh and they save the worst for last, they ran out of steak fries, they serve us grade school crinkle cut fries.
I’m upset by the whole experience. Texas Roadhouse, do better.
