“Went today and it was pretty busy so decided to go inside. Brittany was single handily running the store. Helping everyone she could (seems to be a few new people still learning) lady in the drive thru being super rude about a promo that wasn’t applied (employees have zero control over the POS system when this happens) but she was nice enough to give a discount to try to help fix the situation. Lady continues to be rude as hell all while this girl is busting her a** helping her team and customers. Go Britt! Love, a fellow Industry worker who saw you putting in work.“

“This deli is great! I was recommended by a friend to try it out and I am so glad we did. One of my children has a mammal protein allergy and this place has wonderful alternatives. My mother and I had the lox and bagel and I will be back as soon as possible. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice, not just simply polite. The chef was personable as well as professional. He knew all the makings of his ingredients, and with food allergies that is very helpful. The dining area is clean, classic, and cozy. Thank you to everyone who made this a wonderful brunch.“

“service was amazing, run by sweet young adults. a very quaint adorable place with not much seating but a lot of love in the ambiance. the food was pretty good and we got a lemon loaf too. the pastries seem to be a little more appealing than the oatmeal as it was on the sweeter end but overall, highly recommend. i am a barista and could tell the espresso was perfectly dialed in.“

“My first experience here was great! The fella at the counter was very helpful in recommending a drink. I decided to go with an iced Lady Loco, which has lavender and coconut. It was absolutely delicious! I'm definitely going to come back soon to try out more of the funky flavors.“

“The drinks and food are very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is a great place to chill alone or with friends. They are offering some new food items, French toast muffins (delish), and hummus with either carrots or pita chips.“

“I stumbled upon their truck in Martinsburg at the Weis on Queen Street and I was so happy I did. The ice cream was phenomenal (try the dulce de leche) and they were so nice as well. Their daughter is adorable and we will definitely be visiting the shop in the near future.“

“Our family has been to Frosty Dog at least five times now. The customer service is consistently excellent, the ice cream is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of ice cream you get. The picnic benches are great but it’s nice having indoor seating too.“

“The coffee was only okay, served very hot. Staff is friendly but a little unorganized. We were told coffee was brewing which turned out not to be the case. We paid for a scone but had to ask for it. Fun, industrial space with a modern feel. Plenty of free parking.“

“Some of the best coffee and chai I have ever had. I have stopped by a few times now and never leave unimpressed. The entire team is amazing at what they do, from drinks to baked goods. I don't think there are many baristas in the tri-state area as knowledgeable as the Lost Dog team. I need to come in to buy some tea next time! Probably one of the best businesses in Shepherdstown that has stood through all the tests of time, the lost dog will always be amazing.“

“We had such a lovely coffee date at this cute shop! The coffee was amazing and the service was even better! We got their seasonal iced purple rain (coconut and lavender) cold brew coffee and it was delish, not too sweet! Super dog friendly, gave both of our girls pup cups. So sad that we are just passing through and can’t come on a regular basis!“

“Very cozy set-up. They have everything you need. The cafe is delicious and a lovely bonus to have in-house. In all fairness, I don’t often work in spaces like this so perhaps this is the norm. I just wish people were a little more considerate of the public workspace. I understand chatting and meetings via telephone or your laptop but it felt like too social of an atmosphere as opposed to a working space. However, next time I should probably opt for a semi-private or private office space.“

“This nifty shop is the only place we *always* come to when we're visiting family in nearby Charles Town. It has a wonderful variety of quality items: candles, soaps, dish towels, snacks, coffee, and wine, among many others. Prices are reasonable, and it's perfect when you're looking for gifts.“

“Oh my goodness, I had no idea this place existed until a friend and I visited today with our children! Excellent customer service, wonderful welcoming environment! Loved the food and desserts display! I bought the coconut cupcake, lemon cupcake, the sausage & mozzarella roll and 2 bottles of chocolate milk, everything was DELICIOUS! Absolutely DELICIOUS! Fresh and DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back!“
