Don’t come in at night time if you want to wait on the teenagers to finish making out with their partners before getting waited on. Not to mention the same boy took an extra 15 minutes to take my order because he was worried about kissing his girlfriend & making sure his friends got their food first. Even though they came in after I did.

Visited 10/26/2023 around 8:10 pm. Pulled out to drive-through and was told that the system was down and no orders could be taken. Went inside and placed order for 4 sandwiches ( 2 of which were Single Patty Big Bacon Classics ) to go. Got home and found 2 Big "No Bacon" Classics.

Awful service!! I went through the drive through and this little boy blonde headed, cussing away. Sad and pathetic. All he did was cuss and threw our bag at us. He just stayed on his phone. Kept complaining can I just go outside. Wendy’s do better with ur young workers.

At Wendy's I ordered a burger plain. It was supposed to looked they smeared the manaiose and mustered off. Found that out after took a bit almost puked then going to eat my baconator fries no fork in bag what mad worse had to wait 5min. At speaker then almost 10 at window never go there again ain't never had that prob anywhere else

I always order beef patties with bacon and cheese off the a la carte menu. It's a little over $4 to order 4 large beef patties with bacon and cheese. Stopped here, and they told me Wendy's doesn't have an a la carte menu and never has. Wanted me to order 4 sandwiches, add bacon and cheese, and remove everything else for about $16. Left and drove to nearest next Wendy's. Got 4 beef patties with bacon and cheese off the a la carte menu for a little over $4. This Wendy's will rip you off.
