Girl finally spoke up, and with all the snark she could muster from the depths of her soul, said “I guess I will, since you asked nicely,” as though she was doing me a favor.Advertisements literally tout that the cookies are “served warm” and I just want them as they’re advertised. I’m not asking for a kidney here.If I wasn’t so shocked by the response, I would have opted for a refund instead. So rude.

Ordered doordash. Order came and instead of one of the $15 combos we got 2 little sliders. Looked at receipt and the order was correct on receipt but they bag wrong food. When I called the guy tried to blame the driver for picking up wrong order but everything else in the bag was correct and had our receipt with our name on. I suggested HE reorder on DD and have it delivered to my address because he admitted they screwed up but he didn't want to take ANY responsibility. He Then hung up. Only service they care about is lip service!
When there was no ketchup in dispenser, we asked at the counter, and received 10 packets for one order of fries. Food was hot. Rueben not soggy. Meat piled in one clump in middle of the bread. Counter person pleasant.

I asked for some spicy nuggets since I wanted to try them. They told me it would be a wait on them which was fine. Afterwards, I give the guy a $1 tip for walking it out to me since I was having a good day. I drive home, but turn around since they forgot my fries. I go back, then finally go home. I get home and the fries were scooped to where they weren't willing to drop more fries and just gave me whatever was sitting there even if it was bits and pieces. To make matters worse, one of the nuggets wasn't fully cooked and I had to throw it away. $12 down the drain. This location is consistently terrible.
Waited on in a timely manner, the workers were very polite and helped me with my daughter with picking her food. ❤️❤️
