I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal. It was terrible! I couldn't even cut it with a knife & it was quite dry. The ice machine was down, so my drink was warm. Also, there wasn't any butter for the biscuit. Service wasn't warm or inviting either.

The food quality is consistently atrocious and insulting. Someone needs to contact corporate because they're knowingly serving expired food to their drive thru customers.If you dine in, however, it seems to be fine. Just avoid the drive thru.

Foods almost always never fresh. I go out of my way to go to the Hurricane location because of how poor the quality is at this

First time eating in the store since COVID restrictions ended. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of staffing and how clean the place was. The Spicey Chicken Sandwich was very good with a very large breast patty. The heat was in the sauce and not the breading. The French Fries were great and definitely in my top 5.

Food is usually good, the manager is nice, but the employees suck. Multiple times they have left things out of the order. Many times I’ve gotten home to find out food is missing from the bag. If it was one or two times I’d understand but it’s an ongoing problem. The employees either have an attitude and seem miserable or are the most pleasant people you meet and there’s no in between. Sometimes they also close early with no explanation. I’ve gone 30 mins before closing and they’re totally closed.

Wanted to dine in. Restaurant was supposed to open at 10:30. But at 10:60 it was still not open. Had to go elsewhere for service. Really disappointed. They lost my business this day.

Very rude customer service. Could barely hear the girl on the drive thru speaker, a guy then got on and started yelling loudly, pull to the window and the young girl was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. Food was absolutely terrible. None of it was correct in how it was ordered. The mashed potatoes tasted like dirt and was very runny. Would definitely not recommend this kfc. Absolutely disgusting! Half the food was thrown away due to it being nasty.

Other than my order taking much longer than expected and learning to never order sweet tea there again the food was good. I placed an order for online pickup. On the app it said my food would be ready for pickup at 4:50pm. I did not walk out of the restaurant with my food until 5:20pm. I was told that they had to make the chicken for my order. My order was 8 piece original recipe and 8 piece tenders with sides. Also while I was there I witnessed how their sweet tea is made. They take the old unused unsweet tea, pour it into the sweet tea container and then added sugar.
