“Ordered online. Subway app said my order would be ready by 12:35. Arrived at the restaurant at 12:27 and saw that they were extremely busy. I figured I would have to wait a while for my order. To my surprise, it was already prepared and on the rack ready for me to pick up. Sandwich was prepared just as I had requested. Couldn't be happier with my experience at this Subway location!“
“I’ve ate at the Kingwood Burger King around three times in total. Twice going through the drive through, another time I picked up takeout from inside. The first two times I went through the drive through, I couldn’t figure out how my order would be repeated back to me perfectly, but somehow always be wrong. After going inside the third time, it started to make sense. Upon going inside, you’ll discover the vast majority of their staff are high school girls. These girls talked, played, and giggled while people were lined up waiting for their orders to be taken. The entire restaurant was filled and by the time we got our food, almost an hour had gone by. Once we arrived home, we had discovered that our food was not only missing items, but also incorrect. While inside, I also noticed the manager who seemed increasingly frustrated with her staff for taking their jobs so non-serious and so inconsiderate of their customers. However, I understand that there are learning curves and no one is perfect. That being said, I have not been back since so all of this could’ve been fixed by now. The management seems alright, so if you’re missing something, don’t ask the workers to fix it, ask for a manger. I say this because even if you ask them to fix it, they’re still going to make it wrong. It almost feels deliberate once it’s happened so many times. Another thing I recall is when asking to modify anything such as a sandwhich, like asking for “no lettuce”, or “no pickles”, they say “alright”, but never actually bother to take it off. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t know how, or sheer laziness, but that was one of the biggest pet peeves for me. Other than that, their food is great. If you can get past the wait times and immature staff, you’ll be ensured a good burger. The management seems great and I hope things improve in the near future.“
“This McDonald's will never be as cool as it was when it very first opened, but it's still a good McDonald's.The staff are nice and attentive and it seems like they follow the directions to make the food right.I highly recommend you order whatever the newest thing is, because they will be most excited to make that and they'll do the best jib at it.“
“I love going here for there breakfast menu. Prices are fairly reasonable. Food is always good quality. I absolutely live their handmade biscuits they make each morning. I only frequent the drive thru, so I'm not sure how it is inside. Most the employees are friendly especially one specific lady who is always so upbeat in the mornings.“
“Have recently purchased multiple blizzards here that haven't been mixed. The entire bottom half of the blizzards have just been straight vanilla ice cream. Waste of money.Edit: things seem to have turned around. I have gone back a few times and it has been really great!!“
“Usually good, sometimes skimpy and uneven on the veggies more so than most places. I used to work at a subway in high school and know this one is above average, but not elite tier. Lettuce is always brown looking here and it makes me disappointed. At least all the other veggies usually look on point.“
“I have been to the Dairy Queen, reedsville location, Many, many times. Staff is very polite, food is always fresh. The only complaint I have is they need more help they are worked like dogs with low pay. As much money as this company makes staff should be respected better by owner.I do have one request. The hamburger buns I would like to see sour dough bread as an option. I don’t like the hamburger buns at all.“
“We went here a a little later than we would normally go, but we came after our sons basketball game just to get our kids something to eat before it got too late. Our waiter was very friendly and easy to talk to. You could tell they were shorter staffed being close to closing time, He was multitasking but still did a great job making sure we were good at our table. Overall, it was a good experience!“
