I would give this place zeros if I could. You don't get beans but you can't get extra rice. So you end up getting less than what you technically pay for. You can't get more salsa than the miniscule amount that they put on top. The bowl is not even full. The photo is before I even took a bite. Do yourself a favor and support a local Mexican restaurant and get a bowl

Don’t bother ordering here when the male manager is working. I had to wait for fajitas- which was no problem. While I was waiting I heard him tell no to two people about adding more of what ingredients they were ordering- when he gave them small portions- saying “it’s our new policy”. Is this an actual thing? When the fajitas did come out he literally gave me probably three pepper slices. Not even exaggerating. I asked for more and he reluctantly did it while grilling me on this new policy. If I’m paying $15 for my bowl I shouldn’t have to fight for peppers ??♀️ I’ll stick to the Hagerstown location instead. This guy needs to be retrained or talked to by higher ups. If this new policy is real- then not worth it to come back.

I had my food delivered - the chicken in my burrito bowl was way overcooked and the drink I ordered wasn't included except for an empty cup in the bag. A previous order I made was missing toppings as well. Calling Chipotle and talking to a real person was literally impossible. Not impressed!

We understand running out of items even if it’s 5 different items, but I wasn’t told until after the gentleman had already started making my bowl. We decided to just go ahead and purchase the food. As we finished and got to the register to check out I looked over and saw that there was one of the items we were told they were out of, I pointed out to the lady that there was some over there and she not so kindly told me that was for online orders only. I said ok and we continued with our order. They lady ringing us up started to put our food in a bag. I let her know that it was for here and not to go and she rudely ripped the bag and put our food on a tray.As I went to find a seat every single table was COVERED in food as well as the tables and floors with trash cans overflowing.I totally get being tired after a long day and probably met with unkindness from people not getting what they were wanting to order. I was disappointing to go out and be met with rude service and a very filthy store.

This location needs serious attention. We went on a Saturday night 4 hours before closing and they were out of various items and the line was still growing. They gave very minimal portions which the person behind the counter stated he got yelled at for giving someone more than a single scoop of rice. The hygiene behind the counter is awful it’s never wiped down anytime we eat here and the tables are a complete disgust which is why we never dine in there. They were not informative of them being out of certain items upon coming up on to the counter and the management team could care less.

Went in yesterday and a server had a cardboard box sitting on the food prep area in front of me. I waited while she struggled to open the box, then proceeded to prep another customer’s food without cleaning the area or switching gloves. Another gentleman made my order. The bowl was fine, however the bag of chips they gave me was half empty. I guess it’s better than the last time, where the bag of chips was full, but they were stale and inedible. The photos are from when I opened the bag. I hadn’t even eaten any chips yet.Update: came back 4/6/2024 around 9pm. Entered the restaurant, an employee cleaning tables yelled “LINE!” Two employees continued to prep food. I stood and waited 2 or 3 minutes before the employee cleaning tables washed her hands and prepared to serve me. She then proceeds to tell me they are out of chicken al pastor, guac, chips, and one type of salsa. Most of those are items I get in my bowl, so I told her “never mind” and left. This is the most trifling Chipotle location I have ever been to.

This chipotle is constantly out of options. They have multiple workers that stand around and do nothing, but then make you wait for no reason. I’ll drive the extra distance to Hagerstown or Winchester honestly.
This location of Chipotle gave me food poisoning. I ate a good bit of it before going into work, but couldn't stay due to a considerable amount of puking. 24 hours later and I'm still sick and the bowl was all I ate yesterday. Never had food poisoning before.I would HIGHLY recommend not eating here.

I put it a doordash order at 9:30. This restaurant closes at 11. Can you guys explain to me why I spent $14 on a bowl that is about half the size as they usually are? And why it almost taste old and dry? If I had something else to eat I wouldn't have touched it. But I'm pissed $14 for a bowl that has almost nothing in it when they are usually full to the brim.
