I've been here 3 times in the last couple years hoping it'll get better. My two kids and I woke up to get fresh bagels this morning, but arriving at 7am when they open, the bakery was not fully stocked, there were no suffles out and we were told it'd be 20 mins before they're ready. All the pastries, breads, and bagels looked over baked. The bagels themselves looked like they weren't proofed long enough or were left out too long before putting in the oven as they were very flat...read full review

Did an order today for delivery and was missing three sides (chips). When I called the store they told me they could either have someone deliver them or they could put my name in their book to get a free side or pastry at another time. Also, I put in my order no onions or tomato and light basil on my sandwich - it can with onions and tomato with no basil....Bread ended up soggy. My bagel and cream cheese was just thrown in the bag on top of everything else not in a separate...read full review

Didn't eat the food because it did not taste good. The workers were friendly. I went to Panera to see friends and chat. It's the perfect atmosphere. Next time I will order a cookie instead of the tomato soup and ham cheese sandwich.
