I love Panera but this Panera is always out of bread bowls and tell me why almost every time I go there, the chai tea lattes I order are HALF FILLED. Why am I paying full price for basically half filled cups?? I understand space for foam but foam should not be half of the cup. I’m not paying to drink air. This has happened multiple times which is why I’m finally making a review.

I've been here 3 times in the last couple years hoping it'll get better. My two kids and I woke up to get fresh bagels this morning, but arriving at 7am when they open, the bakery was not fully stocked, there were no suffles out and we were told it'd be 20 mins before they're ready. All the pastries, breads, and bagels looked over baked. The bagels themselves looked like they weren't proofed long enough or were left out too long before putting in the oven as they were very flat and stiff. I bought a bakers dozen with two cream cheeses to bring home. This was supposed to be a treat for my kids. The staff was very nice, but the product was just not good to spend that sort of money on. Very disappointed.

Did an order today for delivery and was missing three sides (chips). When I called the store they told me they could either have someone deliver them or they could put my name in their book to get a free side or pastry at another time. Also, I put in my order no onions or tomato and light basil on my sandwich - it can with onions and tomato with no basil....Bread ended up soggy. My bagel and cream cheese was just thrown in the bag on top of everything else not in a separate bag as normal. Any other time I've ordered from here everything has been great but this time was not great. The rest of the order was accurate. Stinks to have spent 70 bucks here this evening. :(

Didn't eat the food because it did not taste good. The workers were friendly. I went to Panera to see friends and chat. It's the perfect atmosphere. Next time I will order a cookie instead of the tomato soup and ham cheese sandwich.
