Save your money. The quality of the food is not worth the money we paid. $4.99 grilled cheese with 2 wimpy slices of cheese. Oh and we are out of pickles. The service was good. Music playing was annoying. The fellow wrapping silverware was vaping and his nails were so dirty.

My fiance loves this place. I, however, don't. As a chef, i am really critical about food. Now that that's out the way. My first visit was 2 weeks ago. I ordered a mid-well steak. I had received a mid-rare. The server was amazing, and she tried to correct the temp and added extra home fries. However, I ended up with a medium. I ate the parts of the steak that was mid well. I got full quickly, so i took my food to go.Now to this morning. I must add that this was my 2nd visit. We were charged $3 for the onions and cheese on my scrambled eggs and onions on my hash browns. Well, I had the onions but didn't have my cheese on my eggs. Not only that, I had no syrup for my French toast. I must note that this was a to-go order. As a food professional myself, I understand that things happen, but that many errors on one order is not ok. And, to receive an 18% tip for a To-go order on top of the extra charge seems to be generous on our part. In conclusion, my fiance loves this place. I see this as a restaurant that will always mess up my orders.Ps. The flavor of the food is great so I am not that disappointed.

Anytime we go to Hagerstown we always stop in at Mom's Family Diner in Martinsburg for a great breakfast, I recommend the Country fried steak with gravy, home fried taters and eggs over medium ?

Wanted to try it for awhile. Stopped in and nobody was in there, completely empty. Ordered a certain type of wings and was told they out of that kind, ordered hot roast beef and was told they out or it’s not ready. I ordered a steak and cheese sub with gravy fries which is a up charge for the fries and gray!!! I thought at least that I was told they were out of 2 things they would have just thrown it in. Steak and cheese was suppose to have grilled onions and mushrooms. No mushrooms and pulled out raw onions. Lettuce looked brown and not trimmed up!!! Definitely won’t be back . Terrible

After getting our food no one came back to check up(I wanted to order more toast) or give us a check so we sat there for 10 minutes and finally had to go up and get it ourselves. Severely short staffed it seems.

I decided to try this diner one afternoon because they serve breakfast all day. They were not busy but I still sat at the counter for approximately 10 minutes before my order was taken. I ordered Scrapple, eggs and home fries. The potatoes were straight from a can and flavorless. The Scrapple was so thin I could see the plate through it and also no flavor. I will not be back.

I had visited this place long before when it was Warm Springs Diner, but the atmosphere is similar, and the food is still good. I saw someone else get the sausage gravy and I was jealous. I got the omelet, it was the Special with all the goodies. It was large portions, and very well priced. I may increase the food to 5 stars on a second visit if it is also good, but I won't commit to it quite yet.Try it, as the hours are more expensive since the name change and new ownership.Sadly, I had my babies with me, and forgot to do photos. Sorry readers.
