Old world classic flavors
I'm currently living in Morgantown West Virginia, but I'm an original Baltimorian. We have the best asian restaurants and the 2nd best for me is in Tioga Potter PA. But the Great Wall has a long way to go to catch up with them. Every dish that includes rice the rice is hard, over cooked and the shrimp toast was so black and tasteless, it was terrible. But it's the only Chinese restaurant in downtown Morgantown. Do a better job
It's a terrible atmosphere in there and it smells like cleaning chemicals. The food tasted like the rice had been frozen and it just didn't taste fresh. The presentation/quantity was decent, but the actual flavor of the food was like it was old and frozen.
