“so I get breakfast here every once in a while and everyone is so nice but this time I went to sabraton wendys and let me just say. they always make my seasoned potatoes fresh so they pulled me up to the rail and after a minute a guy comes out and gives me my coffee and my food. my mom notices we didn’t get the ranch we asked for. we figure oh well it’s fine and start driving away. we hear someone yell so she slows down and THIS MAN RUNS ALL THE WAY FROM WENDYS TO MY CAR AND said i’m so sorry we almost forgot your ranch and handed me my sauce. I didn’t catch his name but I wanted to give him the biggest tip because we just need more dedicated people who want to make customers happy. Love this. Give him a raise haha“
“Wanted a burger, and first place I ran by was closed. So Wendy's was close so I figured why not? I ordered 2 singles with light mayo. I always judge based on when I first tried a restaurant. The meat just didn't seem as fresh, nor did it have any flavor to it. It just seemed to be meatlike gray stuff. Not in a big rush to go back.“
“Newer store w pretty cool setup on inside from table searing to bar height seating to couch seating with very large flat screen TV (playing ESPN while we were there). Staff is efficient as majority of business done thru drive-thru. Food was really good, fresh & as close to looking like picture as I've seen. Very clean store setup for Covid with kiosk ordering. Bathrooms clean too. This location is close to WVU & highway. I've stopped here several times during road trips & always consistent, positive experience.“
