Terrible customer service, we ordered a two tiered cake with JAM in between the two layers and they did not add any support dowels to keep the cake in place. It slid all over the box, off the second layer, and then eventually collapsed from lack of support. The owner was rude, unhelpful, and actually said he didn’t care how important the cake was to us, told us they were closing and there was nothing they could do. A group of us stopped by the bakery at Bridgeport. All of the cupcakes looked so amazing! Everyone loved the cupcake they chose and the icing was the best. Not too sweet. Would definitely stop by again if in the area!
Love this place. Have for many years. Their cake icing is the best. I sure do miss the creme filled donuts they used to make!!!
