Went into restaurant to pick up an online order. I could see my order bagged and ready to go sitting on the counter. A waitress came behind the counter but didn’t acknowledge me and then left. The manager did the same, came back and waited on someone who came up to the register. Then she looked at me, said nothing and walked away. We got take-out this evening. It had been quite a while since we had eaten other than breakfast. The food was not good at all. French fries were dark and tasted like they had been sitting around for some time. A BLT I am not sure how you can mess up, not good at all. The chicken noodle soup had so much pepper that it was almost unedible. We ended up throwing away some expensive food. Also got no condiments in bag.
Very good waitress.!!!!

Bob Evans on Pike Street in Parkersburg, WV has been a go-to spot since it opened. The food was delicious and served promptly, and the waitress was pleasant and took very good care of us. This Bob's is back on the charts. The Country Fried Steak dinner bell special, including mashed potatoes, green beans, and bread, comes highly recommended for a satisfying meal. The broccoli side dish was enjoyable. Despite some issues with overcooked beef tips and incorrect orders, the fair price and great service have kept many customers coming back.
