Spoke with the manager Greg on our bad experience and although I would rate the experience we had with our server a one star I am changing it to 5 stars for his excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. He made it right and more and he is awesome.
If you go/visit this Parkersburg BWW location definitely ask for Bink. He’s the best!!
