Care was taken with each order (even the special orders) by our cashier, Jacob. The staff was quick, and our food was delivered in a timely manner and it was hot and delicious! “We frequent this particular Taco Bell because it's the one closest to us. They are pretty speedy but sometimes to a fault. You may have missing items or the wrong item. In rare instances we have had stale bread products that are either hard or tuff to eat ( this doesn't happen too often) but it's disappointing when it does. They have some staff that are just not people oriented and there are a couple that are great and very helpful. I must say that most of the time our food is fresh and served fast.

“The counter gal who waited on me was a great employee. Name is Jamie. It was so crowded, inside and the drive through also. She was very attentive to each customer and handled all the crowd and confusion very well. She is a plus to this establishment. She was focused and took care of each customer. I commented to her on keeping it together and staying calm. This was the DQ on Blizzard Dr. in Parkersburg, WV.“

“I work a lot and recently started a keto diet and it's hard to just run thru somewhere and get decent food for a diet. Usually I get a couple big macs without the bun and when I get it there's hardly any lettuce or anything on the meat. “Service was slow waited at drive thru order screen for 10 minutes before someone said anything took the other lane 3 people before getting to me not rotating calls. Food was good parking lot and drive thru area I side and out was very clean and neat. Don't ever have issues here.“
