“This Subway is nice if you prefer a place that is a little out of the way and because of this, it has a quiet atmosphere. The last time I ate here it seemed they could use some help getting the floor plan set (where customers sit). There were some booths and some tables but basically just along the walls while there was a large open space in the center. Also, little to no decoration, at least nothing I took notice of. A little effort in those areas would take this establishment to the next level.Of course, the food was great. Even better because they will follow explicit instructions when you are customizing your order. They have never said no to any wacky request or odd order I wanted items put on and toasted. Even multiple toastings are fine. You really can get EXACTLY what you want here.Parking: You can pull off the road and right up to the front of the store to park. You will be perpendicular to the road. There is only 1 row.“

“This is a decent location. I like eating here. However the air-conditioning does not work well which makes having a meal inside not very comfortable at all. The gentleman that has blondish hair and wears it in a bun, he made my sandwich absolutely perfect. He was very quick and efficient making my sandwich and he has a very positive attitude. It's usually busy when I come in and other team members seem very scattered when the line is forming. While there's a lengthy lime an employee is stocking. In my opinion,when there is 2 or more customers in line a second help should be coming up to help make subs. I really appreciated the young man's help his boss should give him a raise for handling hectic situations efficiently and for having excellent customer service skills.“

“Manger is amazing! She’s top notch at her job she actually cares about her employees. She goes above and beyond and she is always calling her customers sweetheart. She’s really good at what she does. Their food is good and it’s very tasty and she makes some of the best subs I’ve have ever seen. The store is always very clean and it’s very intact.“
“[[Sat.9.March.2024 @ 1pm]]Stopped here to have Lunch, ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Wrap, Bag Chips n Water, walked in and there is Large Menu hanging on wall to left, took our order and down the lane went to pay, paid for the food went to set down and noticed on reciept that was double charged for item had to go back to cashier and get refund on the double charge item, food came out quick and was hot and very delicious, defiantly a keeper.“
“Hometown favorite and I make it a point to visit here at least once every time I come home to Parkersburg. This establishment is a cornerstone of our community and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I’m just glad I can share this piece of my childhood with my own boys :)The food is straightforward and always fresh. You can’t go wrong in this place. The prices have remained ridiculously low, even now. The ladies are always friendly and the service is fast.Don’t stop supporting small businesses like this. These “hole in the wall” or “mom and pop shops” are what we need to retain some small semblance of community and togetherness.
