Although my order was completely messed up. I did call and spoke with a manager and he replaced everything hot and fresh probably the best Wendy's I've ever had in my life considering. the manager cooked it and he makes probably $12 now versus $6 so he may take little bit more pride in his job.
Would definitely be a 5 if the lettuce wrap would be brought back so a person with celiac can enjoy a sandwich. I used a coupon this visit at 7th Street and told them at the order speaker. I handed the coupon to the window person and they sat out next to the computer and didn't use the coupon. I requested a receipt at which point I pointed out that the coupon that I handed him did not get honored. He called for a manager top fix it.

The staff here was amazing and so friendly. My kids and I stopped in here today for a bite to eat while we was playing at the park. The place was clean and the staff went above and beyond to help us. I am always happy when the staff is kid friendly and patient with my very talkative son. :)
