“The food is pretty good here, my only complaint is their timing.
Their lunch buffet is their biggest draw, it is advertised as running from 11-2:30pm. It is never ready on time. Usually takes them until 11:30 to get all the items out, but even then it’s not enough to serve the waiting line of people that typically line the buffet table.
Good black pepper chicken and egg rolls, just wish the timing was more accurate.”

“Ordered a chicken salad and hoagie yesterday evening and the salad basically had no chicken. I had to search for the chicken and I probably found 5 or 6 tiny cubes. Very disappointed. In the past when I had one it had several strips of chicken.”

“My first trip to Gibby’s today for lunch with my family. The inside is so cutely decorated, nice clean space. The food was overwhelmingly delicious, I couldn’t stop eating. The staff were very nice and friendly. And the ice cream for dessert 🤤 Everything was so yummy! 10/10 recommend!”

“We had a takeout meal and it was ready on time. We got the beef brisket, pulled pork, and a whole chicken which were excellent. Our side dishes of green beans, potato salad, and coleslaw were also delicious. The coleslaw had an interesting twist with a little spice in it. Their cornbread is also really good and a little bit different recipe we enjoyed.”

“You can smell the waffle cones as soon as you walk through the door! There were so many flavors of ice cream, and they were clearly marked if they were gluten free or sugar free. Gluten free sugar cones are available. You can ask for ice cream samples before buying. This time I picked a gluten free cone with cotton candy ice cream. Can't wait to go back and try other flavors!”

“Chef Anne Hart has created another jewel in WV. Group had several items on menu - red pepper soup, shrimp, chicken, burger, pork chop, and ice cream sandwich. All were great and portion sizes make sure you don’t leave hungry. Excellent wine selections available. Be sure to make reservations as the word is getting out about Hart Kitchen being great.”
