Really nice ambiance and a nice dinner option on the mountain. We were able to make a reservation a day before going. The staff was very friendly, but when we went there was only one waiter serving the entirety of the restaurant while there were multiple hosts waiting at check-in. The pork chops were lovely, and the rest of the table agreed all of their meals were pretty good as well. One of the best meals I have ever had! And I dont say that lightly. Our server was sweet and attentive. Our drinks were delicious. The calamari was the absolute best Ive had. Not rubbery at all, the sauce was soo good. The trout was so incredibly fresh and the pork chop was so juicy and tender with an amazing glaze. The apple pie dessert with cinnamon ice cream really capped this near perfect meal. Good job Appalachia Kitchen!! ?????

Warm confit salad- superb!! This little gem is a wee dram expensive for a very good reason - the food items are 99.5% f from scratch, locally sourced and home grown with the most delectable flavors. Thank you for sharing your chef with us!
