Got a BLT the other day and there were only two pieces of bacon on it. Hopefully they will improve the quality of the food for what you pay for.”

“I wanted something sweet after my dinner but not a treat. saw this place in passing and figured I'd would give it a try. I was beyond amazed to say the least. I got a butter Pecan latte frozen drink and honest to God id drink a 12 pack of these if it came in a can just how the girl made it. we also got an oatmeal cream pie that put little Debbie to shame. Holy moly! the girls working were absolutely amazing as well. very cheery and a joy to have as our Baristas for the day! this place is a 12/10 for sure.”

“We were in the bar area and interacted with a waitress with long dark hair and glasses. While we understand that the restaurant was very busy, we were disappointed by the level of service we received. When we asked about the seating situation, including wait times and table availability, she barely stopped to speak with us and did not provide any helpful information. The interaction felt rushed, and her attitude came across as dismissive. We recognize that busy shifts can be challenging, but a brief conversation and a little courtesy would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling unwelcome, and we decided to leave rather than stay and wait. This was particularly disappointing because we have always enjoyed the food and have liked visiting your restaurant. We have been loyal customers and have generally had positive experiences in the past. Because of this incident, it will likely be quite some time before we consider returning.”

“It's a nice place. The only reason I didn't give 5 ? is because the lady working was negative as always and she never moves from her seat to wipe the machines, not once ever in my presence. As usual, as soon as you walk in, Negative Nancy talked about the machines never hitting and that they weren't hitting for days. Everyone who came in said the same thing- that was yesterday, I'm here today! It seemed to be an excuse for her to begin directly and indirectly bragging to everyone about her four-figure windfall. Unfortunately she repeated both messages over and over the entire time I was trying to win money. Talk about bad luck- this behavior is downright depressing. I also get extremely annoyed when the other lady who works there watches my game and roots for a better spin, ooh-ing and aww-ing, or saying oh you were so close-- like I don't see that. I hate that stuff!! Matter of fact, why is she responding to my game? smh. She's worse than a cheerleader! The game is interactive with the player- it's not the game-me- and the workers! If I wanted to be so annoyed I'd travel there with a friend who only came to watch me play!!. Omg if I want all the background static I'd go to my friends house and listen to her kids crying all day. Yes I'd save money but I'd still have the same headache. Like many people, I do my best to avoid headaches. I only come to Toga for the games and I definitely don't bother anyone. Why bother me? They appear to be nice ladies. I'm a stranger who was minding my own business -when many of your frustrated regular customers' playing near me vocalized their similar problems they had with the workers bad behaviors. These regulars' vented so much that a few of them got tired of complaining and just got up and left. Lol Neg. Nancy had nerve enough to ask me where they went...ctfu...but she's right in front of the door and I am NOT SECURITY! So- Yes It's a real problem that needs cleaning up. The regulars' love these ladies!! Could you please consider coaching the ladies on how to productively exchange these negative behaviors to form a positive environment for the customer?”

“I took one of Grammy Pammy’s cookie decorating classes and had such a great time. She provided easy to follow instructions and I was surprised at how amazing my cookies looked at the end. This is definitely beginner friendly and she provided everything we needed.”

“My order was fine but I ordered milkshakes which I’m sure would have been great (they looked great) had I gotten to eat them. They were put in a cardboard cup carrier which was not the right size and they all tipped out of the holder and onto the seat of my car. Only good thing is I have leather seats. I just suggest a you put them that the cup fits in. That was a waste of around $15 or so. Otherwise good service.”

“10-26-2023. My lovely bride, Betty, and I dined at Undo's in Weirton, West Virginia this evening. Betty had Ravioli and Meatballs, and I had Sausage, Pepper, and Cheese Stromboli. My Stromboli was fantastic. It was served hot with a marinara sauce. The cheese bread was awesome, as was the garlic butter that came with the bread. I noticed another Google reviewer stated that Undo's food was fake. I doubt it. The food was great, some of the best in the area, and the service was awesome. Kayla took excellent care of Betty and me. She made sure our drinks stayed full and checked on us several times. In Myrtle Beach, where we live, there are over 1,500 restaurants to choose from, and we eat at only ten or so. If we had an Undo's down at the beach, it would be included in our favorite Italian places, just like Angelo's is down there. I recommend Kayla and the Weirton Undo's to family and friends.”
