In my opinion, this is probably the best Chinese restaurant in town. Yes when you walk in it is empty, but most of their business is probably take out. In 20 years I think we have eaten inside 3 times. But still the best in town.
Stopped by on a trip through Wyo, tasty food from a local joint. Really nice owner who talked to us while the order was being made. I will definitely keep this place on my mind when we go back through Casper.

I have been eating at the New Moon for over 40 years. The "curb appeal" is not what it once was and they no longer serve my favorite beer - Tsingdao (actually brewed in Qingdo, China...). However, they are THE BEST Chinese food in all of Casper - without rival!!!
