15 minutes in the drive thru waiting on two sandwiches. No fries or drinks, just two sandwiches, just to be told they're "working on the sandwiches" and they'll be ready when they can get to them. There were no other customers at all at the time. Terrible experience, will not return.

The manager was communicating well with everyone and making sure the staff had the orders right. Pretty impressed. I don’t think I’ve seen leadership like that at a McDonald’s before.
