“This is legitimately THE BEST philly steak I’ve ever had!!!!! I live on the east coast and have been to philly and tried some of the cheese steaks there, and they usually use pretty average grade meat, but here has the best meat I’ve ever had!!! It’s extremely tender and flavorful, with no fatty parts. The cheese sauce, chips, and Mac and cheese also seem made from scratch and are so good!!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!“

Initially mistaking the quaint exterior for a catering-only establishment, we were delighted to find a cozy spot for lunch.My wife, pregnant and eager for a satisfying meal, was thrilled to discover a varied menu. I opted for a sandwich while she chose a wrap. To complement our meals, we enjoyed a well-crafted frappe and Italian soda. “We Sought proposals from several specialized and highly rated wedding caters, Although all were quite good, we came across Smokin' Hot Butts at another event. Their food beat out all the others, regardless of cost, some of which were 3 and 4x the cost. We changed out plans and went with them. The wedding was 100+ people, and was out of town up was in Bozeman, MT. They traveled up there in advance, set everything up, and were Rock Stars in helping with other stuff that was unplanned. Their food was simply amazing. We had the Brisket, Burnt Ends, Rolls, Bread Pudding, Salad and Roasted Broccoli with a vegetable platter. I highly recommend everything we had. Everything was prepared perfectly, presented beautifully, nothing tasted "off-the-shelf", and the attention to detail and perfection in choice of meats, and produce was perfect. We could not be happier. The next morning they made Brisket breakfast burritos with freshly made tortillas which were equally as amazing. Everyone at the wedding commented on how great the food was and wanted to know where we found them. I highly recommend them for any event from casual to more formal. It is more than just BBQ and smoked meat!“
“The food was outstanding, The beef wellington was to dye for. The only thing I can say bad is watch out for your bill as I hadn't noticed and they charge a 20% tip automatically. We had tipped before we received the bill so they ended up with a great tip lol. Not to say I wouldn't tip just did not know they added it to your bill.“
“I live in central indiana. We used to have Schlotsky’s here but they closed up shop and moved out, much to my disappointment. Anytime I travel to locations with a store, I absolutely drop by and get the cheese original, just as I used to get while living in Texas, 40+ years ago.Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian, and just simply ask for the cheese original as I used to get years ago.“
