“Despite what Roccina said, I absolutely love KFC and will never stop eating there. So when I was passing through Gilette, I was so excited when I saw KFC. I knew where I was going! It was not my birthday but I did get a chocolate cake. It was in my bag. I do like hard rock and roll and was looking forward to listening to it while I dined in alone (I didn't have any buddies to dine in with, sadly.) Unfortunately, something that sounded more like what I hear on the radio was playing instead. Bummer. I was really hoping for that hard rock and roll. Johnnie's review scared me a little and I was waiting for employees to come out and be rude to me... I must have come on a bad day or something because instead of rude employees, I encountered extremely kind and helpful individuals who were so welcoming. And when I saw the infamous Ed, I didn't have a reason to complain so I sheepishly smiled at him, and he smiled back at me. He probably thought I was weird because he didn't know me, but he was still really nice about it. I highly recommend this KFC.“
“The young man who made my order was so friendly and very positive. Unfortunately, good customer service is hard to come by since COVID. This young man went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on my order.Parking: Since I was eating after 1 pm, there was no one in the restaurant and the parking lot only had the delivery driver's vehicles.Kid-friendliness: Now Pizza Hut restaurants these days are not like they were when we were kids with video games, but I would imagine it is a kid-friendly environment.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe they have a ramp and the doorway has easy wide access“

“We placed an order for delivery and unfortunately we had to have them redone which leads us to this review...So everyone has those "Monday" days, right? Everyone has days where they make mistakes or things just don't go like they should? It's how we handle those mistakes that set us apart. A million thanks to the crew at Pizza Hut tonight. Starting with the guy who took my call. Those calls aren't easy. People don't call to tell you guys you're doing a great job and you've just made their night... No. They call to yell at you and tell you that you've just ruined dinner, the 3 year old is running down the hall screaming bloody murder with ketchup on her head and grandma had a stroke because... olives? Its all your fault!! Why oh why did you put olives on our pizzas?!... Yikes...The man who answered my call was cool and collected, got the relevant information (who was I, what did I order, what did I get, where did I live) apologized for the mistake, without sounding condescending, and said he would have fresh pizzas sent right out. One thing I very much appreciated from him was the use of the word "we". As in "what mistakes did we make when we were making your pizzas?" He never once blamed the cooks for making them wrong or anything like that. I feel like he is very much a team player and I respect that. Next, to the cooks, thank you! The remakes were perfection. They were actually the best pizzas we have ever had from any Pizza Hut. And last but not least, to John, our delivery driver, you are fantastic! I'm not sure how it works, but I'm sure doing a delivery for an order remake isn't fun. Especially one as far out as we are and for what I'm sure you thought was for nothing! (I was on the phone when you arrived. We will make it right, I promise!) I'm sure you knock on the door expecting a chilly reception, at the very least. You were so nice and even super funny and our food was hot and fresh. In closing, the crew that handled our complaint on the evening of 12/14/23 were rock stars and we appreciate them.“
“Dog gone good food. The way they cook their chicken is unreal. I don't know what they do, but it is the best. The pot pie has homemade crust. And it is pretty dang good. Just because something is homemade doesn't mean it's really good. Crust is an art. They are always busy!! I am grateful we have them in town. If you haven't tried The Coop you are missing out“
