Cleanly and fast. They had a fire pit in the middle of the dining area, and it was very clean. The employees were helpful and kind, and the food was very very good. Will definitely be returning!

This store feels kind of dirty when you go in. The food is okay but not great, it's just not as tasty and fresh as it could be, IMO. The service was ok. The workers were friendly, but we did have to wait a couple of minutes to get anybody to realize we were at the counter. The entire place feels outdated, and you would think in Jackson they could spend some money on cleaning this place up. I'm sure they do quite well here because of the location. It's a good option if you're in a hurry because you're usually the only one in there ...

I like Dairy Queen. I did not love this one. Fries were old. Chicken fingers were soggy and the toast stale with the smell of old grease. Yes it is only DQ, but this wasn't good.

Signs said open, Google profile said open, however they were closed. So we came back the next day for lunch, and though they were busy, did a great job of getting food out to us quick. Had a mistake on our order and they fixed it quickly!
