We were lucky enough to get a last-minute reservation at Kampai during our stay in Jackson.I am so glad we did; it may have been our best dining experience of our trip!We started with some drinks and decided to order omakase, which is essentially a chefs tasting menu. Amazing compilations and such fresh fish !!! Love this restaurant and look forward to dining here again ! Standard yellowtail was as fresh and delicious as could be we just love this old standard plus had a fresh cod sashimi dish we had not tried before that was so delicious.

Easily comparable to some of the best sushi houses of NYC. The quality of food, drinks and service are some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Kampai rises to the top of my list for dining experiences / just go! Anyone who says otherwise has no idea! Jackson is a lucky town.
