My husband and ate here at Sidewinders years ago. Visiting Jackson again and came back, so glad we did. They have great food with a nice casual atmosphere. They have a nice dining area and bar. I ordered their French onion soup and a Caesar salad which was very good. My husband had their Swiss and mushroom hamburger and fries. They do have a number of sides to choose from besides fries. I've had to be gluten-free for 13 years, and one of my most sought-after foods is a French Dip sandwich. In all that time, I've only found one place in Calgary that serves it, but I found it again here! It was beyond heavenly. Rich, flavorful au jus, tender meat, a perfect balance of cheese, and soft bread that held its integrity almost as well as the normal stuff.
