“We made a stop here on a cross country road trip. Didn’t realize the lobby was closing in ten minutes and we have a bunch of kids, so eating ice cream in the car & in the dark isn’t really an option. The employees were so kind to us, told us not to rush, and even brought out an extra cone, which my son promptly volunteered to eat! Thank you DQ Laramie ♥️“
“I have no issue with the employees, in fact the only employee that was on duty gave me the best service I’ve ever received from Sonic. I don’t remember his name, he worked 3/13/24 at 8 PM, please if management sees this give him a raise and more coworkers so he isn’t handling the whole restaurant alone. The card machines were down and he was dealing with customers from all sides and still gave me fast service. I wish I had asked his name but he really is the only reason I would go back.“
