I have no issue with the employees, in fact the only employee that was on duty gave me the best service I’ve ever received from Sonic. I don’t remember his name, he worked 3/13/24 at 8 PM, please if management sees this give him a raise and more coworkers so he isn’t handling the whole restaurant alone. Food is solid. But it has the worst service in Laramie by far. A parking lot with 3 customers and your simple order will still take 20-40 minutes. The hours on google are also not accurate. Says open until 10 on Tuesday but the store is completely dark at 9:30.

Ordered a 6 inch chilly cheese dog with ketchup and mustard. Got a 12 inch with no ketchup or mustard. Was asked if I wanted fries, I said no. The only thing that was right was the cheese sticks. Pointed the errors to the person that delivered food and was told its my first day. I'm sorry. No effort or offer to make the order right. Will be a long time before I hope back.
