A great place for lunch. Better than the others. Soup was very delicious, as was the chef salad. I got the 2/2, and it was plenty. Definitely due for a return trip. Shay was very and helpful.
Great place for a quick sit-down lunch! Even if there is a line waiting to order, they keep it moving. The chicken and dumpling soup was delicious. I also enjoyed the Applewood BLT. The staff were courteous and upbeat. Great job!

It is always so nice to go here. The staff is always so welcoming and the food is always so good.
Staying at hotel overnight we ordered McAlisters/door dash. I immediately phoned McAlisters requesting extra forks and spoons. Was told by female they would gladly accommodate. However when order arrived the was one fork and spoon. May not seem a big deal however traveling and staying at hotels one normally doesn't carry around utensils. I went to hotel staff and they helped find us utensils in order to eat. I phone McAlisters to complain and all Timothy told me was to let door dash know. It wasn't door dash fault. Timothy ( manager )took zero responsibility for his employees bad service.

Very hit or miss when ordering take out. Pickles have been forgotten, sandwiches have been mislabeled, and they do not honor requests for items to be removed off a sandwich.

The Manager made it right by comping our meal but quality & taste was never present & typically can't be fixed in a franchise. Service was cheerful & pleasant. Had boring Italian sandwich that had wilted lettuce & minimal flavor. Also "nachos". Lumpy lukewarm queso, jarred jalapeños & brittle chips $8.99!! Profit margin 1000%!! Manager challenged us asking what establishment serves nachos with onions, tomatoes, beans, shred cheese etc as he's only known nachos as chips & cheese. Duh!! But he made it right... no need to return however if I'm always wondering what I'm getting.

We were in Laramie for my daughter's surgery. The nurse suggested McAlisters to us because my daughter wanted soup. The soup, the French dip, the HUGE salad and the cheesecake were amazing!! Highly recommended! We will definitely eat here next time we are on our way through!
