The Manager made it right by comping our meal but quality & taste was never present & typically can't be fixed in a franchise. Service was cheerful & pleasant. Had boring Italian sandwich that had wilted lettuce & minimal flavor. Also "nachos". Lumpy lukewarm queso, jarred jalapeños & brittle chips $8.99!! Profit margin 1000%!! Manager challenged us asking what establishment serves nachos with onions, tomatoes, beans, shred cheese etc as he's only known nachos as chips & cheese....read full review
We were in Laramie for my daughter's surgery. The nurse suggested McAlisters to us because my daughter wanted soup. The soup, the French dip, the HUGE salad and the cheesecake were amazing!! Highly recommended! We will definitely eat here next time we are on our way through!
