“We were in Laramie for my daughter's surgery. The nurse suggested McAlisters to us because my daughter wanted soup. The soup, the French dip, the HUGE salad and the cheesecake were amazing!! Highly recommended! We will definitely eat here next time we are on our way through!“

“UPDATE:Thanks to the store manager who made things correct for us. She was very nice and looked at my pictures and offered a refund or to remake the sandwiches. We did do a remake of our food. She was going to look into who made our order so she can be sure the employees are aware and are making thinks correctly.Thanks again for making this right and I adjusted my rating for this store based on the dealing with the store manager who did make things right.Don't order on the app. Have tried a couple times and every time things are messed up. If you watch them make things they are fine, but order and take it home then you don't find out until you get home that they didn't make your food right. Things definitely are made with less care when you don't watch them. I get protein bowls and they have a lot in them where it fills the bowl full. Mine tonight wasn't full like normal and very little lettuce (even my family members sandwiches had more lettuce on them and the one was requested less which was a good amount for him but more than my bowl which should have had regular amount). Both sandwiches were suppose to be the Slams and they were not they were regular amounts (ie. 8pieces of ham on the #99 that's what we get on the regular black forest ham so which one is correct?).Thinking I'm going to go talk to manager tomorrow with my pictures because we weren't going back into town tonight.“
“There is a lot of people complaining about this place for no reason. The place is great and so are the workers, they are more layed back and that pisses some people off for no reason. It is across the street from a college dorm, and it is the perfect place to relax and complain to the person on the other side of a counter. I love this place.“
“The staff member ive seen working here is always very friendly and helpful. The foog comes out better than most subways ive been to and you usually dont have to wait un line for very long to get your sandwiches. That is really nice because im use to waiting in line for subway.“

“Really nice friendly service, the folks who work there are always great. On the last visit, the bread seemed a little stale (didn't opt to toast it this time) which was surprising, and there was a bit of sticker shock when a veggie sub + chips came out to almost $12.Suppose I remember the era of $5 foot long subs a few years back and that makes me biased, but $12 for a basic fast food lunch without even getting a drink seems a bit ridiculous.“
