A small restraunt with a line for self ordering, at least it is with a human. The food was not bad for the price. Not really sure I'd go back due to the location in a strip mall. Plenty of parking but it was not easy parking close due to all the vehicles at the mall.

We were served old tortillas from the day before that were crusty. (We came in at 12:30pm) I was ignored by staff. Staff didn't know their products, I asked for a medium flavored hot sauce, and they put a green sauce all over my salad. The beef was so fatty and had little flavor. They didn't give me salad dressing and fought me over asking for some telling me my green sauce that I didn't want was the dressing. My husband's quesadilla had such a small amount of cheese it was like a taco and the steak was from a week ago. We both have painful gas now from the food. Restroom was out of toilet paper. But the tables were clean and i got to put flavoring in my soda. I've been to so many Cafe Rios, this was such a super bad experience.

We made a to go order and patt of it was missing so we had to go back. It's sooo expensive. Tastes kind of meh at best. Tomotilla sauce and drinks were good, food was ok. Not worth the money.

First time I had ever been into the restaurant. I ordered a shredded chicken burrito with rice and beans and the mild sauce.I brought my burrito home and was disappointed by the bland taste of the food. At the very least, the meat could have been marinaded.I've more taste from toco bell. I will not be returning
