1st time at a IHOP. Definitely will go again! Plenty of breakfast food options. Pancakes were delicious and the hot chocolate was good!

The food was good however, i had ordered bacon and sausage with my meal. I got one piece of each. Not sure why however, my meal was filling nonetheless. The potatoes were crispy, the eggs cooked how i liked them. The meal was good and hot. Coffee was a little burnt and could tell had been on the pot for a while. Where we were sitting i could hear the employees ranting and raving on about things. Couldnt really tell exactly what and didnt pay attention. It was just a little distracting from what i was there for. The restaurant is clean and the waitress was nice. Would return in the future.

One star is 1 more than they deserved. I think the waitress was ready to have a breakdown. The service was horrible. Worst ihop I've ever been to. I won't be back.

The door handle tells you what you need to know about this IHOP, broken and barely holding on. The staff very rarely are quick and would rather take a smoke break than ask if you want a refill. Expect to wait 45 minutes minimum.

Placed order at 11:25. I was here a bit early, but they are 15 minutes late on curbside pickup and still counting.... told they're still working on order...... 20... 25. Had to go in and get it myself from behind register. Shouldn't promise what you can't deliver.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. The coffee was cold, the waiter totally inept, the meals were completely wrong after waiting 40 minutes for them, they tasted bad and were not hot. The broccoli side for real looked like it was scraped off someone else’s plate and looked awful. I can’t believe that food was served to us. I told the waiter and we left without paying.

Came in to get a couple shakes. Literally told the hostess that’s all we wanted. She still sat us and waited 5 mins for absolutely no service. There was only 1 other table there. Bulldoze this place and make a Carl’s Jr.

We were seated right away, which was nice. The food was awful! None of our eggs were cooked the way we asked. Not even the egg whites were completely cooked on my husbands eggs. The Swedish crepes tasted like some dumped salt on top. The lemon Ricotta protein pancakes and crepes didn’t taste at all like lemon. I’ve never had protein pancakes but they tasted the way cat litter smells?. Our waitress was very nice but even though my husband didn’t eat his 3 eggs, she was only able to remove the 1 Extra egg from the bill. As far as I’m concerned, the whole meal should have been comped. We are now have a 6 hour drive ahead of us and 3 of the 5 of us have upset stomachs. We are from out of town and we usually love IHOP but this particular experience was awful!

The waiters were top notch very helpful and always checking in about the right time to see if I needed anything else but the ham on my omelette was disgusting and I swear the price said eight dollars and it cost me $13 so in conclusion the help up front was phenomenal the rest was way below par.
Although the girl at the front desk who took my order was very nice, nothing was right about my meal. I did order a breakfast item at dinner time. I asked for no onions or mushrooms with the tips and over easy eggs I asked to have my hashbrowns extra crispy and I asked for an upgrade to the cheesecake pancakes but with no whip cream. There were mushrooms and onions throughout the hashbrowns were in no way crispy on any part of them not even the outside. I didn’t want whip cream with my cheesecake pancakes but also didn’t give me strawberries or syrup. I didn’t realize that I would be charged a pick up fee and I gave a 20% tip. So basically it added up to close to 30% and tip. VERY DISAPPOINTED

came here as we stayed the night in rock springs wyoming on our way to sturgis south dakota and this a a small rural town where everyone knows everyone so we stepped into ihop for a quick breakfast as we are familiar with ihop cause we have them in so cal and we were seated right away and the waitress was very attentive and helpful and corky full was good and service was good can't complain S you can tell they aren't used to seating big groups so until next time rock springs

It wasn’t busy at all when we arrived and we were seated pretty quick. Our server was very nice and helped us with our order. Our food was delivered hot and ready to eat. The messed up on only one plate of eggs and quickly corrected it. The restaurant was a little warm but it could have been just me…..
