“I sat at the bar and was absolutely delighted to socialize authentically with an AMAZING bartender! I only imbibe virgin drinks, and the virgin lychee cocktail was practically ambrosia. The management is also very personable, passionate, competent, and approachable!“

“While driving to Nevada from Denver, my road trip party and I pulled off to enjoy some food at Bonsai. I read a bunch of reviews that said their sushi was good, and I had to try it out for myself, seeing as Bonsai is in Wyoming and thus not near the sea. I needed to know if their sushi was as fresh as claimed. I have to say that it was pretty darn good ! The service was a bit slow, and it was a tad bit expensive, but I understand that it was expensive because it has to be shipped in. If I ever find myself back in Wyoming with a sushi craving, I would definitely go back. I forgot to take a pic of the menu and thus I forgot what rolls we ordered. They are shown below.“
