“My girlfriend and I love this place. Best Mexican food in Rock Springs. Small place in a good part of town with plenty of parking accessible. I usually go for their beef fajitas and my girlfriend will usually get chicken fajitas; both are exceptional. The meat is always tender and full of flavor, the tortillas are always hot and the sides are fresh. I've never had a problem here.“

(Well you do have to look a little because it is a little hard to find).Located in the floor level of an old classic hotel in the historic center of town and run by a family. If you like authentic mexican food, this is as good it gets. If you want american tofu mexican food go find a chain restaurant.When I was out working at the power plant I asked the Mexican scaffolding foreman where the best mexican food was in town and he said to go here (alway go to the source). He was right, classic old historic hotel building, classic old restaurant that looks like it belongs on an old mexican beer calendar and GREAT AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Drive a little further and skip the chain restaurant to go here, you will be glad that you did.“
“I am from Kansas City Kansas traveling and 3 ladies of your employees were the most polite, generous, and welcoming when we came in. Their names were as follows, manager: Miss Michelle and Miss Brittney and Miss Courtney. They had great customer service and were very prompt and fast getting our food out within a timely fashion. I myself work with a very large company and I was super pleased how they conducted their selfs when we walke in. The store was very clean and warming as well. Those are diamonds you have keep them and they deserve a notice of great employees of the month. You guys have a good team there. Maybe on our way back from Idaho falls Idaho we will stop in again.“
“Taco Time has some nice Tex Mex food like crisp meat burritos that are unique and yummy. This Taco Time also has amazing service. Like... impressive service. This was very welcome after a long day of driving. They went out of their way to make me feel special and anticipating my every need. “The specialty drinks are SO flavorful! I was a little confused on how the whole ordering process worked cause even though they broke it into steps my ADHD brain couldn't keep up and my pregnant mind was not good at making decisions but the staff were (mostly) patient and understanding with my misunderstandings and helped me get delicious food. I loved mixing the mango lemonade and strawberry lemonade and then wanted to go back to mix strawberry lemonade with their minty limeade but was still working on my first drink, so I will have to come back another time for that!The tables have the sort of finish on them that just feel like they're always sticky, even if they're clean. ??♀️ oh well. Hope they fix their broken window panel one of these days.“
“my bf and i were driving across the state and while looking for places to eat, this taqueria popped up, reviews looked good so we gave it a try. highly recommend. had the birria tacos and fish taco and tamales. everything was delicious, loved the salsa bar, restaurant was super clean. please support this family run business.“
