It is absolutely amazing to me that this spot exists in Wyoming & I am SO grateful. The selection of authentic options like sopes, street tacos, and birria are plentiful, but I was incredibly grateful to see so many vegetarian/vegan options as well. My husband ordered a traditional pastor burrito and it exceptional; packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. I drive cross country for a living and this is most definitely the most unique Mexican Resturant I’ve ever seen. Full vegan menu with vegan sour cream and cheese! Unheard of!Full salsa bar and the kitchen is visible so you can watch everything being cooked! Friendly staff as well!You’d be hard pressed to find Mexican restaurants even in Portland or LA or San Fran with many vegan options.Highly recommend

my bf and i were driving across the state and while looking for places to eat, this taqueria popped up, reviews looked good so we gave it a try. highly recommend. had the birria tacos and fish taco and tamales. everything was delicious, loved the salsa bar, restaurant was super clean. please support this family run business.
