I drove up after ordering My food and sat at the window for almost 5 minutes before somebody acknowledged me. And my order was nowhere on screen, so I had to drive off without any food. So I wasn't going to be late for work.

I'm not sure about all the drama on other commitments. My experience was quite the opposite. I just had to wait for the customer before me receiving their food, placed my order sat down at a table only to enjoy the delicious ? food that had been prepared me in a very fast preparation process. I will make the trip again semi truck parking in the street just beside the building. It's a very short walk down a very steep inclined driveway. Mine was very icy but didn't fall it was so worth the Sonic experience.

I go to sonic all the time but today was the last straw. I waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes and decided to pull up. When I got there the woman at the window was extremely disrespectful and rolled her eyes at me every chance she got. When I receive our food I went to ask for some sauce and she slammed the window in my face. Will never go back!!! There is better food else where!

Almost all of our drinks were wrong, the girl at the drive thru was rude and I had to repeat myself 4 or 5 times because she couldn't hear me until she paused her airpods. After being as nice as I could about the situation she went to the car behind us and while my window was down was telling the next car how ridiculous I was and how she couldn't even deal with us anymore. The kid that came to address the issue was nice and understood the main problem and fixed it then the girl once again tried lying to me about what drinks I ordered then realized I told her right and she read it wrong apparently and then basically threw the drink into my hand while it still had ice cream pouring down the side of the cup. Tried calling and got hung up on, then my kiddo wanted Ice cream today we went to get her a simple oreo milkshake and it was made with reeses. Extremely disappointed in the customer service at Sonic lately. Do better

We had to repeat our order more than 4 times. After she repeated it back and had it correct we still needed up with the wrong order. Tried calling and they are not picking up.
Sat in drive though for 10 minutes before order taken I was the only one in drive through. After getting home to eat my number 1 order hamburger with everything on it only had the 2 buns and meat patty wth is up with the cook.

The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the restaurant was absolutely filthy with months of grime, the restroom had a wobbly toilet and was also filthy. This restaurant needs a big renovation and a big clean before I would eat there again.

The food was good. They did forget our sauces though. We had to go inside because NONE of the screens outside were working at all. The person at the counter was nice but did not look happy.When we got inside, it was VERY dirty. There was food everywhere. The floor was sticky. My son and I went to use the restrooms to wash our hands and they were gross as well. The entire lobby and bathrooms could use a very deep cleaning.There was gunk built up on the base boards too. We took our food and ate in our vehicle.
Maybe the goofy little kid running the drive thru shouldn’t have an air pod in his ear!! Get up to the window and I had to repeat myself FIVE times because he couldn’t hear me. Then get home and realize he gave me a BLT when I very clearly said GRILLED CHEESE. Fries and corn dog were cold and soggy. Chocolate shake was the consistency of water. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised. ?? Worst sonic I’ve ever been too. Waste of $25. Very disappointing and going to bed hungry.

I don't know why I do this to myself, but I really need to learn that the Sonic chicken strios are absolutely horrid. I do like the tater tots and onion rings and now I know that the chicken nuggets are good. My chicken strips were hard and overcooked. The ranch dipping sauce tasted sour like vinegar and nothing like ranch dressing. The cheeseburger was very messy and had the condiments glopped on so that's all we tasted. In spite of taking precautions it still dripped everywhere. We should have gotten the corn dogs.
