“For a Japanese restaurant run by white guys, I was impressed. It of course is incredibly expensive, far more than Manhattan etc, because it's the most upscale restaurant in teton village. All the sushi and cocktails were excellent with very fresh fish. They also have a happy hour with 20% off until 5 which brings the price down into normal expensive territory.“

“One of the best sushi experiences we’ve ever had! Everything was fantastic, fresh, and even creative (wagyu and foie nigiri and the toasted sesame ice cream that were out of this world). Service was awesome. They have a full menu with specialty rolls and exciting sashimi that are reasonable and a small fill-in menu with terrific and affordable nigiri, sashimi, rolls and hand rolls. Service was excellent, friendly, and engaging. This place is an absolute gem!“

“This is the best place to get sushi in all of Wyoming! OMG. Get the Tiger Roll & the Koi Roll. So good. Super super fresh fish, absolutely incredible Japanese treats including rare Kit Kats I've never seen!My husband is super into Japanese culture and it was amazing to get so many chances to explore the different flavors of Japan. I can't believe this exists here - and they even had my jasmine tea!“

“Great little sushi spot in between the village and Jackson! Always reluctant to try sushi at landlocked places, but Jackson is different given that it’s Jackson. It can move the high quality fish they get so it stays fresh.I got the classic Japanese dishes such as miso soup, wakame, miso cod, unagi (eel), sake sashimi (salmon), uni (sea urchin), chu-toro (tuna belly), and hamachi. They did a great job with the classic dishes and preserved the taste profile and executed well. They must have had a Japanese trained chef. The fish was high quality and they somehow were able to source traditional ingredients. Little details were point such as the rice and addition of mushrooms in the miso.I liked how there was also a hint of local ingredients in the dishes and a slight western style of plating. My favorite was the miso cod and make sure to ask for rice. Overall great food and nice end to the spring pow day.Staff was friendly and the place had a locals vibe. I would definitely come through again!(PS I read through the reviews on pricing and they are absurd because solid Japanese food is hard to do already and especially hard to do in the mountains where you have to order a lot of specialty ingredients and make sure it moves to stay fresh.)“

“Came in for dinner on a Saturday as part of a party of 4. We did not have reservations but were seated within 15 minutes of putting out names on the waitlist. The vice of the restaurant is upscale chic, lots of dim lighting and lovely for date night. The food here is absolutely amazing - every single thing we ordered was spot on and delicious. I have to especially call out the Dan-Dan noodles - the flavors on this dish were so on point. No regrets ordering this!Vegetarian options: For a ramen and sushi place, this restaurant has an excellent variety of vegetarian and vegan options!“
