Ofcourse we ordered there rotisserie chicken I got the PREGO for my flavor with side of fresh corn and my boyfriend got the VERI PERI with rice. We cleaned our plate and left satisfied ???“

“Once you've been to Barcelos or Nando's , you been to them all , they almost have the same food laid out , the different is the services and atmosphere , truly I find there service excellent , staff all way happy and polite , took mum for lunch few days ago at Barcelo's , is located on the second floor inside the food court , only chicken my mum like is Boneless Hainanese Chicken or deep fried chicken , I order the whole chicken with 2 sides of rice and 2 drinks in Prego flavour , great friendly service , happy and surprised to say , Mum Love it ! grilled it to perfection , so tasty and flavourful , and the rice steaming hot , we left so full and had enough leftover for mum's dinner , for $35.99 it is a steal , so if you need a good not expensive lunch , Barcelos is the place , special in this location !“

“I was super impressed by how calm and collected the staff were despite being busy. I really appreciated it, I think it's rare these days. I also liked how you could get smaller portions such as 1/4 leg. The side portion is pretty big, I enjoyed the red skin mashed potatoes. Fries were okay.“

“I always travel from Richmond for the wonderful way they prepare the chicken shared platters. They customize it to your request. I always ask for it well done. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. Once your meals have been served they will follow up with a visit to your table to see that the meal and accompaniments are all good. “Food as always was legendary. Can never go wrong with a Barcelos Family pack. On top of the barcelos quality there’s just something different with this 88 location. The service is always top notch. Jay did not once let us leave our seats to refill our food, grab more sauces or anything of that nature. Always made sure we were taken care of. I cannot recommend this place more. Come alone or come with a crew, Barcelos always stays true. Expect consistent service and quality of food.Parking: Ample parking. “This South African food is very unique. Their main thing is chicken flame grilled which is delicious you can try different flavours it has an awesome flame grilled taste ….prices are reasonable and the food here is delicious my office is just off lonsdale we come to this location twice a week. We recently got a coupon which was sent to neighborhood’s in the area and had amazing deals. Clean restaurant and the employees are very friendly. Would recommend everyone to come try this place.“

“Love the food and ambiance over here! The space is lovely for a family outing. I always enjoy the food. Service could be better. Staff in this location really need better training on handling large orders as they always mess up with the payments. They would charge for individual prices even if it can be taken as a combo (happened to us twice and the cashier didn't know how to refund us when we asked why she didn't make it a combo meal).Nevertheless, I love the food and will go their only for the halal choices!“

“This is a very welcoming and tasty option in North Vancouver. All the reviews are spot on; the place is clean, interesting, and the service is warm and professional. The food is not super cheap but is good value for what you get. If you like spicy flame grilled chicken you'd be hard pressed to do better. I usually get the double leg, hot, with peri fries, salad, rice or corn on the cob. Very satisfying.“
