“Can’t say enough good things about this place. We were absolutely stoked to see an Ethiopian restaurant so close to us we took the vegan for two meal to go along with veggie sambusas, iced spice tea, and the house honey wine. Portions looked perfect, until we were stuffed and it looked like we hadn’t even made a dent! No complaints about leftovers! Spice level was perfect, and everything was so flavorful. They gave us tons of injera to eat everything with. Like other reviewers, I was not prepared for just how good the tea was going to be. Words don’t do it justice, I would stop by just for tea. The honey wine is really good, especially with the food. However, it’s not like any mead I’ve had; it was a little vinegary, which I kind of liked. Probably not for everyone though. Kitchen is nut free, and they claim to be able to accommodate many dietary restrictions; tons of veggie/vegan options. Go to this restaurant now!“

“The papaya salad is to die for and the customer service has been great both times I have gone from the asian make owner! My guy friend and I have gone once for dining in and the second time when my guy friend and I got takeout. I can’t stop raving about the papaya salad! It’s a must try and I dream about it in my sleep it’s so good with the noodles and so spicy! Lol. I’m in love and drooling... o baby!!! Lol come here and eat, the other dishes are mediocre and the hot pot we tried the first time wa so so due to the broths we weren’t a fan of and the meat and seafood weren’t of good quality and had gone bad when we had gotten to them in the fridge. “All I can say is WOW! They make one of the best hamburgers I have eaten in a long time. The French fries are amazing too. Great portions and a real old fashion menue. When you compare this restaurant for it quality and prices..all these chain places are left way behind. Skeptical? Just try them..go ahead try them..then look at your bill. The only thing that is not rated 5 stars is that there isn't enough seating in front.“

“Was there with several of my girl friends today and had the most wonderful Chinese lunch! We had the egg drop soup, sesame chicken, sweet & sour pork, stir fried beef, pork pot stickers, bokchoy with 2kinds of mushrooms, walnut shrimp, fried rice, fried chowmein, stir fried white fish with veggies, and fried mini buns with red bean paste. Everything was very authentic Chinese food, meaning it wasn't "Americanized" in my opinion. The sweet & sour pork was not fluorescent red in color nor artificially sweet and the pork was crispy on the outside and tender in the inside and very tasty! Nothing seemed "heavy" with the thick layer of coating. All the vegetables were cooked right, not being almost raw, but just right. Plus the vegetables were very fresh! Highly recommend China House!“

“Overall good experience in would recommend. Their phones for calling orders seem to only work half the time. Not sure exactly what's going on, maybe a temporary issue and will change with you in the future. A little on the pricier side but quality is good 9 out of 10 times. A few of the times we got rolls or rice plates that felt a little bit old, but we order here on a weekly basis so understandable to not be perfect all the time.“

“Went in during lunch and it did not disappoint. The staff is very welcoming.This place is definitely not your average Chinese takeout spot. The food was not greasy or dry, it actually tasted homemade.Had an order of egg rolls, nothing special.However, the main dish (Four Season) was delicious! Mix that with the rice that comes on the side and it’s just an amazing meal.Will definitely be back.“

“Friendly owner. Carlos showed me his kitchen. They make everything fresh, including the chorizo. The pico de gallo has the perfect amount of cilantro and jalapeño. Very clean. I have been sleeping in this place for too long. Found my new go-to taquería.“

“The only complaint I had was they don’t have a condiment bar! You have to ask for lemon, catsup, or even malt vinegar! All those things come in small quantities, except for the lemon!“

“The baked shrimp was not labeled as being stuffed. When asked what it was stuffed with the line guy said meat. When asked what kind of meat he said pork. This was asked after a bite was taken. My son became ill. It would be nice for it to be labeled with whatever it is stuffed with, because some people have limited diets. However, I enjoyed my food“

“I have been here several times by myself, today was the first time that I took one of my Asian friends the true test. I am glad to say that I was correct this place is above average in food quality and just below perfect in customer service. I definitely would recommend Pho Viet. They were definitely observing social distance procedures, and it didn't effect the great customer service.“

“I always pass by this restaurant and I go to the convenience store next to it to buy lotto never been there but I decide to try today and surprisingly the food is really tasty. I would recommend to anybody go and try it. They ran out of beef, I will try beef Shawarma next time.“

“We just discovered this place . It was A delightful place. The pizza was hand tossed and sauced just the right way. It was delicious and the toppings were generous. We have recommended Ciros Pizza to our friends and family that it has been here in Citrus Heights for a very long time. We will be coming back .Although I do not drink alcohol Ciros have craft beers for those who enjoy one with their meal. I“

“We have searched so many Indian restaurants. This is by far the best tasting food outside of India. Anjoo is still talking about her Chole bhatura. Everything is made from the love of taste. “Been coming here for years, even before it was Rosie's! Used to be a 24 hour roadhouse, sort of.Rosie's has great steaks, but in recent years I've been here mostly for the breakfasts. Great scrambled eggs, omelets and Bacon, and totally awesome Belgian waffles!They also have a couple of pages of Indian food. I haven't tried it, but my sister and her husband has, and pronounced it very good. I'll have to try it sometime. “This was the first time ordering pizza. We got take out. We got a special 2 medium pizza for 22.99. I have to say they were so delicious, we so enjoyed our brother special and a mushroom. We gave some to our neighbors and they too liked them . I’m thinking already for when I can get pizza again. This place is my now go to pizza.“

“Oh, my goodness, I have found heaven. I'm from San Diego and we eat lots of carne asada burritos. My problem is this, most Mexican shops here don't sell carna asada burritos. If you fall into this hole like I did, you are now saved. Not only do they sell carne asada burritos, but they cook everything fresh everyday. They cook their beans early in the morning, they make their salsa fresh everyday. It smells like home and I'm so happy to have found this restaurant. And just in case you need a drive thru, they have it. It's been a year here in Citrus Heights without a carne asada burrito and that's hard when you want good Mexican food. I am one happy girl now. “I first walked into Reyna's and walked out because service sucked so bad. Decided to walk from there to Tadeo's and SOOO GLAD WE DID! We got sat down right away, and let the waitress know right away what my kids wanted. Their food was out the same time our horchatas came out! I loved that!! It was a Tuesday night and apparently taco specials was the deal! We got 1 of all the tacos and it was good! The carne asada I wish had more flavoring but that's okay, the salsa was good so it added some flavoring to it. The al pastor taco was my favorite, then I'd say the carnitas, the fish taco, chicken then asada! Regardless, I was extremely satisfied with the service. Skip Reyna's, and come here to TADEOS!“

The combo plates also came with a small bowl of wonton soup and an egg roll. Portions were very large for the price and we all took home enough for lunch the next day. I ask, are you crazy! Just get over here right now, and bring that pizza....He says...ooh, I bought a foot on Craigslist, a real honest to goodness foot, it's in a jar of formaldehyde, it's cool as hell! You gotta see it! And bring that pizza, I'm hungry from looking at my foot.Well, I had to go!
