“New Owners! Delicious Persian and Pakistani (alternate pages of menu). We had their paneer appetizer). It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.“

“Can’t say enough good things about this place. We were absolutely stoked to see an Ethiopian restaurant so close to us we took the vegan for two meal to go along with veggie sambusas, iced spice tea, and the house honey wine. Portions looked perfect, until we were stuffed and it looked like we hadn’t even made a dent! No complaints about leftovers! Spice level was perfect, and everything was so flavorful. They gave us tons of injera to eat everything with. Like other reviewers, I was not prepared for just how good the tea was going to be. Words don’t do it justice, I would stop by just for tea. The honey wine is really good, especially with the food. However, it’s not like any mead I’ve had; it was a little vinegary, which I kind of liked. Probably not for everyone though. Kitchen is nut free, and they claim to be able to accommodate many dietary restrictions; tons of veggie/vegan options. Go to this restaurant now!“

“The papaya salad is to die for and the customer service has been great both times I have gone from the asian make owner! My guy friend and I have gone once for dining in and the second time when my guy friend and I got takeout. I can’t stop raving about the papaya salad! It’s a must try and I dream about it in my sleep it’s so good with the noodles and so spicy! Lol. I’m in love and drooling... o baby!!! Lol come here and eat, the other dishes are mediocre and the hot pot we tried the first time wa so so due to the broths we weren’t a fan of and the meat and seafood weren’t of good quality and had gone bad when we had gotten to them in the fridge. “Overall good experience in would recommend. Their phones for calling orders seem to only work half the time. Not sure exactly what's going on, maybe a temporary issue and will change with you in the future. A little on the pricier side but quality is good 9 out of 10 times. A few of the times we got rolls or rice plates that felt a little bit old, but we order here on a weekly basis so understandable to not be perfect all the time.“

“Went in during lunch and it did not disappoint. The staff is very welcoming.This place is definitely not your average Chinese takeout spot. The food was not greasy or dry, it actually tasted homemade.Had an order of egg rolls, nothing special.However, the main dish (Four Season) was delicious! “First off, phenomenal food and atmosphere. One of the best burgers I've ever had. But what I appreciate the most at this place is the service. If I had the chance I would give it a 6 star. Every worker there was extremely mannerly and approachable but there was a certain worker who went above and beyond for me and my group. He brought a drink to one of my friends and was patient and considerate with me when I asked a question about my order. Wish I got his name but I hope he knows how good of a person he is.“

“I have been here several times by myself, today was the first time that I took one of my Asian friends the true test. I am glad to say that I was correct this place is above average in food quality and just below perfect in customer service. I definitely would recommend Pho Viet. They were definitely observing social distance procedures, and it didn't effect the great customer service.“

“The baked shrimp was not labeled as being stuffed. When asked what it was stuffed with the line guy said meat. When asked what kind of meat he said pork. This was asked after a bite was taken. My son became ill. It would be nice for it to be labeled with whatever it is stuffed with, because some people have limited diets. However, I enjoyed my food“

“I always pass by this restaurant and I go to the convenience store next to it to buy lotto never been there but I decide to try today and surprisingly the food is really tasty. I would recommend to anybody go and try it. They ran out of beef, I will try beef Shawarma next time.“

With veggie and chicken Tom kha soup, no seafood Tom kha, I opted for yellow curry chicken ($14) and brown rice ($3). One question I asked was if the curry was enough for two. His answer was perfect. He felt no, but everything about the call, my intuition that he's likely the owner of a locally-owned business and running the show solo, and the fact this Thai spot was in my bookmarks for a while, I ordered.The curry was more liquid than sauce and larger pieces of solid foods than expected but perfect medium spice (as requested) and the flavor was excellent.
