“Such a happening place! Real bakers. Real production of fresh goods. I’m partial to the pumpernickel raisin bread and the birdseed bread. I’m not a big sweets fan, but my family is! Love their coffee. So cheap, I don’t don’t have to spend my retirement for a cup of coffee.Parking: So much easier than parking downtown!Kid-friendliness: The staff is kind, and friendly and were very attentive to our needs. The place isn’t huge for “running around” but we were certainly welcomed! My grandchildren love all the breads and deserts.“

“I just had to try the pizza voted Best in Yolo County. This pizza is amazing. A huge pizza, abundant with delicious toppings with a perfectly chewy while still puffy crust. It reminds of pizza the way it used to be made before the cheap chains took over. The people working were kind and energetic. They have a very clean, large dining room to accommodate a crowd. “Very good salad bar, kept fresh with good variety of ingredients and toppings. Great value! We also had the pepperoni pizza and it was excellent! We had been on the road for a while and searched for salad bars off the 5 freeway and were glad we made the small detour to Davis to have lunch here and get our salad bar fix in!“
