“Enjoyed an excellent dinner experience at Osteria Fasulo in Davis, CA. For apps we had the mussels and clams which were plump in a white wine sauce that was very good and Carpaccio Leonardo that was melt in your mouth delicious. We opted for the Pappardelle on Polipo that I would highly recommend as well as the Tortino di eggplant and risotto con calamari that our friend said was the best risotto he has had. Recommend the Vermentino with these selections. There is a very good and varied wine selection that is reasonably priced. Ciao!“

“We came for dinner on a Friday night. We made a reservation and had no wait upon arrival. Food was superb and service was great. The garlic noodles were very good, along with the various dumplings we got (Shanghai Shumai dumplings in the picture). We will definitely go back!“

“Once it gets dark out is very vibes. Not the cheapest or the most authentic but that's not what you come here for. Free self serve chips and sauces, outdoor and indoor seating. Open a little later than some other downtown places. Larger portions.Good for going in groups, although so expect a wait to order and for foods to come out. Not a to go place but it is casual.“

“Such a happening place! Real bakers. Real production of fresh goods. I’m partial to the pumpernickel raisin bread and the birdseed bread. I’m not a big sweets fan, but my family is! Love their coffee. So cheap, I don’t don’t have to spend my retirement for a cup of coffee.Parking: So much easier than parking downtown!Kid-friendliness: The staff is kind, and friendly and were very attentive to our needs. The place isn’t huge for “running around” but we were certainly welcomed! My grandchildren love all the breads and deserts.“

“Good variety of sauces, candy, fruity (including nondairy) without being overwhelming.I got the original tart flavor and it was nicely tart with a good texture, although a bit too sweet if you're going to be topping it with candy in my onion.I got apple pie sauce which was in a soup warmer with apple chunks and some blueberries, as well as reeses pieces and chocolate covered pretzels. The pretzels were stale so maybe skip on those.I went in support of a fundraiser. With about 3/4 of the cup full, it cost $4.99. Better value than ice cream!“

“I just had to try the pizza voted Best in Yolo County. This pizza is amazing. A huge pizza, abundant with delicious toppings with a perfectly chewy while still puffy crust. It reminds of pizza the way it used to be made before the cheap chains took over. The people working were kind and energetic. They have a very clean, large dining room to accommodate a crowd. This place is firing on all cylinders!“

“Huku Japanese Bistro has some of the freshest fish in Davis. Their rolls are flavorful and beautiful presented. I strongly recommend the Rainbow roll, and the Christmas Eve roll, as well as the calamari, garlic edamame and pretty much everything else on the menu.“

“Not only are the pizzas creative and tasty, Woodstock's also has unmatched energy. Thursday trivia nights are fantastically lively, but arrive early because a) finding a table becomes impossible after 9, b) actually getting inside becomes impossible after 10, and c) food service slows down.Must-tries:Wildebread with cheese, Kickin' Carnitas pizza, Sriracha-cha pizzaVegetarian options: I recommend Woodstock's Pesto Primavera or Sriracha-cha pizza without bacon. Of course, you can always build your own pizza or get a bowl/salad or sandwich.Parking: Parking is hard to find, but there is a free small parking lot on G Street as well as the usual free street parking.“

“I got back in line after ordering the first time. Guads has never let me down. It is one of the best things to happen to Davis. For the price, the portions are insane and it is also absolutely delicious. The meat is tender and flavorful. It tastes just as good as some of the Mission restaurants in SF. The best thing about this place is the unlimited chips and salsa bar that they just keep pumping out. I saw this old man take like 10 containers of salsa himself which I thought was a bit selfish but I also understand. It is just so good.“

“We were in town with some friends. We wanted thai food but to find out it closed and this pho tasty took over. So we gave it a try since it was across from temple coffee which was the plan to get some coffee after lunch..We walked in and they still have the fake coconut trees so yay. The layout is cozy with comfy grey chairs. The esthetic is great inside. Just a little crowded because of limited space..Bun rieu - I ordered it and I loved it. It wasn't too salty. I loved the pork meatballs in it. The soup hit the spot for the bright sunny day..Beef pho - according to my friend it was good. It was a little salty. Can't go wrong with a classic beef pho..Bun xieo - Crispy egg pancake. The size was big and lots of veggies came with it. If your craving some salad or refresh dish or a dish to share, this is the one. It was light too packed with flavors..Overall service was ok. They came to refill water. Sometimes we ask them something but there is no reply but they bring you the things you asked. Just they don't tell you they hear you. Other than that it was a nice experience and we would come back and try other items when in the area. Thanks for reading and have a yelptastic day“

“This is my first time eating here. I sat outside on the patio on a beautiful day. I had the chicken curry spicy and garlic basil naan. The food was delicious. It was much better than expected. There was a lot of chicken and sauce. I got the dinner version and I was full afterwards. I was so hungry. I didn’t get a chance to take photos.I will come back for sure.“

“What a lovely place to spend Mother's Day with my daughter. It's in an alley off D street surrounded by plants - we sat outside. The food and service was great! I have been to other tea rooms, but the food options were plentiful. We had the "Queen's Plate" which included a charcuterie board (I'd swap the saltines for some other cracker); fresh scones with strawberry jam and Devonshire cream. The tea sandwiches were plentiful as were the desserts. Everything was yummy.“

“One of our favorite AYCE sushi places. I like the method of marking what you want on a little menu card, rather than other sushi places where you have to walk over to the bar to order or flat down a waiter. The calamari appetizer is the best!“

“Hey, it's me. Just wanted to drop in and say that this place is AMAZING. My soon-to-be fiance (shhh don't tell her) and I get the burritos with pastor, and they're always a reliable source of comfort. The service is super quick without sacrificing the food quality. The chips and salsa bar is absolutely stacked, complementing any meal you get. I hope that every student/resident in this city knows there's Taqueria Guadalajara Grill in South Davis, and it's definitely worth visiting. And please tip generously because the staff is so friendly. I almost consider them family.“

She delivered everything the day of the wedding set everything up for us. It was all so delicious and the guests raved about the desserts. Would 100% recommend to everyone and can’t wait for the next occasion to hire her again.“

“Wonderful food. This food trailer is located on UC Davis Campus in the Silo. Friendly staff. Always a smile on my face to see this trailer. Fast service. Great prices for the amount of food they dish. I got the chicken and rice plate with no spicy. YUMMMM. Thank you Shah's Halal :)“
“This is a residential dining hall for the students that live on campus, but it's also open to the public which is nice. You pay when you walk in and I was able to use Apple Pay. Service at the counter was efficient to pay and walk in.I've eaten at Segundo Dining Commons a few times, so was curious to check out Cuarto Dining Commons as well. Cuarto is a lot smaller than Segundo and feels more compact. There is limited seating on the first floor and more seating on the second. It costs $12.50 for all you can eat over lunch and I got a Vegan Burger with sweet potato fries. I also got a Vegan Maple Donut. All of the vegan options are clearly marked which is awesome. Cuarto is worth checking out, but I like Segundo better.“
“This is just absolutely my favorite place to go for coffee & sweet treats including all the other coffee places downtown in Davis!!! The bakery things in Swirlz seal the deal--they are just so delicious and so much better than anything factory made at Starbucks. Also the price is fantastic. I can get a coffee and a baked good for $6 and a massive burrito (bigger than Chipotle) for less than $5. Yay food“

“Shah's is a truck, and I got it at the football game, so I can't really note on ambiance. The workers were nice! Food wise, it was great! However, the prices were pretty high for a food truck, a friend of mine got their loaded fries and it was about $20! I got a gyro myself and that too was delicious but I do think the menu prices are a bit high, and I wouldn't say the food is THAT amazing to justify it. Also, I think the peppers on top are a really nice touch!“

“These are some of the best dumplings I have ever had. You can get them steamed or pan fried and they have so many options. The environment and small and quaint, with both interior and exterior seating. We hardly waited more than ten minutes for our food and it was so fresh, hot and flavorful. A tip would be if you're getting a bowl of rice, I would get one for two people to share because they give you a good amount. I was so sad when this place closed for renovations in the past, but I'm so glad to see them back and will for be coming back anytime I crave dumplings.“

“Large, relaxing, treesy garden seating. It felt like the restaurant and staff were new and figuring out the menu, food, and processes, so it was a bit hectic and disorganized, and the pizzas a little wet. I got a strong sense that these things would work themselves out and it will become a great place to enjoy an outdoor meal.Parking: Very walky area. Probably easier to park nearby and walk in.“
