“This review only pertains to food pickup services. The Jr. staff are not versed in putting together pick-up service orders. I had to wait for a senior staff or manager to assemble my pickup order. This waist time which we are evaluated on. The junior staff drummed their fingers waiting for the next thing to do instead of putting my order together.“

“We got seated quick and was greeted by our server. Super nice. They have 5 TVs and a nice ambiance. My husband got the appetizer nachos as his meal, he doesn't eat meat so our server suggested swapping out with vegetarian patties. He ate it clean. I had the classic burger (smashed like) no mustard or cheese. I added mushrooms and it came with fries. I love my burger, a little messy, but good. They have a wide selection of drinks. Outside and inside seating. Only thing we didn't love was parking, I would just park on the street in the neighborhood across the street. They have a lot of Yelp bannered everywhere. Highly rated. We would totally come again.“

“The food was amazing! I ordered the corn ribs and the chicken sandwich. Ribs were incredible. The Chili lime mayo with the corn was amazing. The chicken sandwich was also delicious. The fried chicken piece is huge. The bun is way too small, and it's not a bad thing. Definitely best chicken sandwich I had . Chick fill a , Popeyes, etc. have nothing on Le Coupe.The only bad thing is that having a small dining area they should not allow dogs inside , maybe not large dogs. The couple sitting next to me had a large dog with them. I had to eat fast and leave because the dog was shaking the dust off from his fur, and it was so close to me that I could smell it and for sure it was landing on my food. That definitely ruined my experience there. Also, I had to ask for napkins and all the other guests from when they sat down and got their food got napkins, utensils, and water . I only got the napkins because I've asked for it“

“If you’ve never been here plan to spend a little time in the drive-through line because this is the culture and this is what it’s all about your car is you’re sanctuary. Enjoy it smoke talk watch a movie. Just relax because you’re gonna have an everlasting memory of the best hamburger cheeseburger, fries shake in fact it doesn’t matter what you order from In-N-Out they know exactly how to do it every time perfect, hands in and out is the best hamburger you will ever eat“

“I placed a very custom order that had not been done before. I ordered a Turkey burger with mustard, chicken hotlink, chili, cheese and sautéed onions. My wife got the vegan hot dog with cheese and Duane gave her some vegan chili. We both loved our food. I finished it all and so did she. Duane filmed a video while he was making my order. “The guy who runs this place is a super cool, genuinely nice dude. Burgers are satisfying. The one thing that could upgrade them is roasting the buns but still, no complaints. Fries are quite spiced, and so the ketchup is kinda necessary, but still very yummy. The guy actually customized mine a bit to be less "spicy," and it was delicious and very appreciated. The place looks nice and clean, great spot to grub out with friends. I've also had the quesadilla, which was a two-meal thing for me. Highly recommend.“
