“When I want to go to McDonalds, this is my favorite one. I have a nearby place to go which is located in the USC campus in Los Angeles. But I like this place because it is a quiet place, nice atmosphere and a great customer service. Clean and safe area.“

“We got seated quick and was greeted by our server. Super nice. They have 5 TVs and a nice ambiance. My husband got the appetizer nachos as his meal, he doesn't eat meat so our server suggested swapping out with vegetarian patties. He ate it clean. I had the classic burger (smashed like) no mustard or cheese. I added mushrooms and it came with fries. I love my burger, a little messy, but good. They have a wide selection of drinks. Outside and inside seating. Only thing we didn't love was parking, I would just park on the street in the neighborhood across the street. They have a lot of Yelp bannered everywhere. Highly rated. We would totally come again.“

“The guy who runs this place is a super cool, genuinely nice dude. Burgers are satisfying. The one thing that could upgrade them is roasting the buns but still, no complaints. Fries are quite spiced, and so the ketchup is kinda necessary, but still very yummy. The guy actually customized mine a bit to be less "spicy," and it was delicious and very appreciated. The place looks nice and clean, great spot to grub out with friends. I've also had the quesadilla, which was a two-meal thing for me. Highly recommend.“

“Best burger I’ve ever had. Was in the area and looked at some lists for can’t miss places with Amboy coming up. No line like the chicken place next door but this burger was so good I’m glad there wasn’t one driving me away. Will make the special trip any time I’m remotely close by. Absolute perfection.“

“Yummy! This was really a first class burger and the gentleman who waited on us was so nice and helpful. Stopped by this place as I was running an errand in Glendale from Santa Monica and so glad I did. My friend had the bacon burger (#3) and I had the mushroom burger. The only place that compares on the Westside is Barney's and their burgers are about $20.“

“Kevin I was so hungry when I got into a restaurant I didn't even take pictures of the food to post on the review. Darn it but I truly enjoyed our experience. I will most definitely come back I had the chicken sandwich with fries and barbecue sauce it's quite delicious. Also like the words that you have on the wall one of them says hard house is not yesterday's burgers and Fries joints that's because it's instead of meat base it's plant-based rather than being about everyone it's anyone's for everyone. Yeah I really enjoyed it I always judge a restaurant of how clean the bathroom is bathroom is spectacularly clean I think you need a little bit more workers up here because the line got real long and the two workers you got working couldn't keep upVegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian“

“I wanted to try this spot since it's close by the house. As someone who doesn't eat meat, grilled cheese is an only option for me, not even a simple veggie burger. Disappointing. Grilled cheese was whatever. Bf tried the kids cheeseburger and said it was solid. He liked it. Curly fries were great. Grilled cheese will not bring me back but I'll give it another chance if they start selling veggie burgers. Not really vegetarian friendly. Other than that, the service was very friendly and inviting.“

“Get there early to avoid crowd :) we got there like 10 minutes past opening and still only just missed a really long line. Seats are comfortable & the place is wheelchair accessible! Their bathroom's have an accessible stall, but the sinks are high. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible from the street & Glendale Galleria, accessible front entrance with lots of space as well as accessible tables with wheelchair designation. Bathroom is mostly accessible as well.“

“I've been following the Chef Lemos' progress with development of this restaurant and after the success of Wax Paper I was really excited to try it. My wife and I stopped in for brunch on Sunday. Outdoor patio has a good deal of seating in the front and a lot in the back, but the front has a view of the river, which you can also hear occasionally when an obnoxious and pretentious woman isn't drowning everything else out (that's not a knock on the restaurant, just the hipster attitude of some people). The food and drink options are solid. I got the breakfast burrito which was excellent and my wife had the eggs 'n' curds which she enjoyed. The star of the meal was her brunch cocktail, the Superbloom which came at the suggestion of our server. My wife mentioned she could have enjoyed a pitcher of it, especially in the outstanding weather we had. Caution to driving in, however, the construction of several apartment buildings is a little potentially rough on your tires so be mindful. I look forward to returning for dinner in the future. Keep it up Pete!“

“A no-frills "fast food" spot. They have a very diverse menu consisting of American, Mexican, and Chinese food. I have yet to try any other item besides the burgers and fried zucchini, which I'm a fan of. The service is quick and your food is cooked to order. The burgers are a great size and delicious! Also, do yourself a favor and get the fried zucchini. The batter is nice and crispy, and the zucchini is sliced thick.“

“I came here today for the first time and the food was great, there was barely a line before the lunch rush, the amount of food you get is better than in n out in my opinion for the price you you pay, there is parking on the street and a very small parking lot on the side but looks like the parking lot is for residential parking. Either way I do recommend trying this place at least once .“

“I have enjoyed Emmi's twice now for breakfast and lunch. Miy breakfast experience was excellent and I wanted to try lunch. My favorite burger is from In-N-Out. If you do like them you really must try Emmi's Smash Burger. Two thin patties, so the edges are crispy, and their special sauce on an excellent bun. Try not to go when it is busy as it slows done their service. Their staff is great, friendly, and attentive. While I miss the den ambiance of Bean Town, this is a bright, no-nonsense open dining space. I will be going back.“

“Visited Cafe Jane on a Tuesday around noonish. There was ample seating available and the wait time for our food to come out was very minimal. The americano was deliciously bold and my mom was delighted by their mocha. We shared two entrees: the breakfast sandwich and the orange french toast. The breakfast sandwich had really fluffy soft scrambled eggs and the brioche was a nice bite. The French toast was OuT oF tHIs WoRLd! - loads of citrus and balanced with the subtle sweetness of fried bananas. Will be back to try their rice bowls. Overall score: ?/?.“

It's a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a satisfying meal in a welcoming atmosphere. This is my second time here and twice I've enjoyed their classic Stand burger for under $10.“

“Tamsin is odd in that they are a particular kind of place a throwback to another time and it is that nostalgic element that brings people back. The menu is just the right amount of wrong. I suspect at some point they will have to embrace the nutritional social and environmental world it IS a part of but for now as a greasy spoon it spoons quite nicely“

“The Hat. My go to for Pastrami sandwiches in the LA area. You can't go wrong. Tasty and huge. Pastrami is tasty but not salty like some places. Simple sandwich with huge pile of pastrami in a roll with mustard and pickles. Fries, chili fries and onion rings great too. For variety, I'll get the pastrami burger. Nothing like a burger with a pile of pastrami on top. You won't be hungry afterwards. This location on Valley and Garfield has outdoor seating only. The service is fast so don't worry about the line. Highly recommend any of the Hats in the LA area.“

“I lost my favorite local burger joint years ago... I couldn't find anything after that was delicious. I love visiting Alhambra/ S. Pasadena area and have seen Pharos countless times. I finally tried it for the first time last month and I have already been there four times after. It's definitely delicious and a neat place to enjoy your meal solo or with people. The staff are very friendly and assist very professionally. Not too many of the original burger places out there anymore that are good but Pharaohs is DEFINITELY a place to enjoy a delicious old fashioned burger! I look forward to trying more things on the menu!Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and salads.Parking: I haven't had difficulty finding parking so far.Kid-friendliness: Meals for kids as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surface to the entrance so it's very accessible.“

“A tiny place tucked in the neighborhoods of Highland Park, Goldburger is a great place for a smash burger! The curly fries rounded out the meal. The shack is so small that you'd miss it if you were looking for it. Sitting outside in their side patio was a perfect way to spend your lunchtime.“

“I've had my eye on this place for a while because you don't see "grinders" very often in these neck of the woods Ordered the classic Italian for lunch and was very happy. A nice portion of meat, not too many tomatoes or lettuce that overwhelmed the sandwich. I do wish there were a bit more peppers throughout and that they used just a touch more oil & vinegar. Otherwise not bad at all! The turkey club was good too, came with a large portion of fries. The side of BAHBQUE was great I should have asked for more to take home because nothing was left by the end of lunch! The man working the counter was not the sharpest bread knife in the drawer and could be seen causing us and other customers some grief but I've dealt with much worse for the sake of a good sandwich“

“The Fix is so much more than a burger place. I mean, the burgers are hands down the best I've had in LA if not ever, with each member of our party so obsessed with their order that they'll have to be convinced to try anything else. But past the AMAZING food (a whole vegan menu too!! and the kimchi!!), the owner made it an experience with games and laughs and Polaroids and even a cute extra touch before we left (i won't ruin the surprise.) Suffice to say that my friends and I were in for a wonderful time when we stumbled upon it last night, and we've found our new haunt!“

“I have found that the consistency of the food taste or quality and portions between the many locations I've been to is spot on. The portions are typically more than most people can eat by themselves and the taste will make you attempt it. That brings up price. In My opinion you get what you pay for. Here it's quality AND quantity. You get plenty of both. You won't disappointed. When I arrived, it must've the perfect timing. I was able to park in the 3rd spot on the lot and I didn't have to wait to put my order in. There were a few people already dining and enjoying their lunch. More people were filing in as I waited for food to be ready. By the time I was done and ready to go, the place was packed. Quite the statement of the quality and value people have come to know about The Hat.“

“Lucky Boy in Pasadena is my ultimate go-to for an unbeatable breakfast burrito experience. The portions are generous, and the flavors are unparalleled. I always opt for the bacon burrito with grilled onions, and it never disappoints. Even after 15 years of patronage, the quality remains consistently excellent. While it’s a bit on the pricier side for a burrito, the size makes it perfect for sharing or enjoying as two separate meals. Plus, their chili cheese fries are to die for! The drive from Santa Clarita is totally worth it for this culinary delight. With options like sausage, bacon, chorizo, or veggie, there’s something for everyone at Lucky Boy. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Lucky Boy is a must-visit spot for breakfast aficionados.“

“Set next to the Los Feliz golf course, feels like a house that opened its doors to serve delicious food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served here with an emphasis on breakfast/brunch items.I adore their outdoor seating area, it’s great for large families. It wasn’t too busy when I came through around 10AM on a holiday weekend.Surrounded by plants, the food and the atmosphere are comforting. We got their cafe breakfast, and croissant breakfast sandwich. This place may have the best scrambled eggs in town. The food was so good we just kept saying that. They gave my son crayons and an activity mat which was thoughtful.Plenty of parking in the lot right outside.“

“Used to come here a LOT back in the late 90's early 2Ks. Moved away for a while and just happened to visit town again and went to Pete's. Some great things never change and I'm glad they haven't! Just authentic down to earth simple (but very large) menu! Hands down my favorite thing though is the pickled carrots! I don't know if I got older or what, but feels like they are more spicy than I remember...but still the best around! Felt very nostalgic when I got a chance to visit this time. I'll definitely make it a stop again next time I'm in town.“

“Really amazing burger! I got the Hawaii Five-O burger without tomatoes and the grilled pineapple and onions were the perfect compliment to the bacon. And don't sleep on those seasoned fries. Perfection! These fries are the better, less greasy version of the fries we'd get from Rally Burger as a kid. I'm just glad this place is closer to my job than my house or I'd have some serious problems. ?“

“Food and service was good. The tempura green beans were excellent! Parking is ok, a lot in the back. The biggest issues are with redeeming coupons from the app when trying to use the app or in-store when using the kiosk - it took several attempts and required the person to come up to the cash register. Also they don't have several menu items on the kiosk such as the ice cream cone or sundae. As they prefer you to use the kiosk and have 3 of them, that's a bummer and inconvenience to customers ordering.“
