“Where have I been? Honestly, it's been years since I've eaten at Chason's. Why? I don't know. The service was nice and friendly. Reminded me of a place in League City, Texas near the Keemah Boardwalk. Great Cajun food. Anyway, the food is good, the atmosphere is very lovely and the prices are reasonable. I like this place and I won't be a stranger. The only reason why I won't rate 5 stars is because it's a very noisy place.“

“Every now and then they run a special of "Chicken Mole" and it is to die for! Best I've ever had! The way the ingredients and spices blend along with the generous amount of chicken involved makes this my all time favorite dish not only here but anywhere! As always the service is top notch and the ambiance is amazing. Always a pleasure to frequent this Elk Grove landmark. It's been here for 25 years for a reason.......because it's good! Very good! “We stopped in today (20 June 2023) while on a ride from Kentucky to the West Coast. Veto and Michelle welcomed us and treated us like we were long lost family. You can't find to many places like this. Top notch business and a great bar. Highly recommend.“

“I’ll just re post what I sent them earlier Whoever your bartender was last night not only was she rude but she is a liar!! As people who come there WEEKLY and spend hundreds of dollars it was disappointing to be kicked out at 730 and literally had to cancel finishing dart match that not only do we pay for but YOU as a business make money on!!! She then told us we had to leave at 730 and that “she had a vacation To go on” as if that’s my issue! Also your hours clear state you’re open until 9!!! So we tried to be respectful and be Done by 8 but nope kicked out T 730. Even the cook seemed shocked! This is NOT how you treat customers and I am going to make sure that any and everyone who will listen hears This! You’ve lost another customer no wonder your business is slow“
