“Contemporary Catering is incredible. Period. Hire them. It will be the best decision you make. It certainly was ours. My (now) wife and I spent over a year planning our wedding weekend and Rob, Rachel, and, of course, Chef Nate, were there for us every step of the way. First, the food: It is 5-stars, no joke. I am a “foodie” and a bit of a self-admitted food snob. Honestly, I would drive an hour daily to Encino to eat in their test kitchen 7 days a week if they would let me. Even now, three weeks after our wedding, our guests continue to rave to me about the food (pro tip: you NEED to serve the mini chicken and waffles appetizer). Trust me when I tell you that their execution was flawless and the quality was exquisite. Second, the people: You will not find a more invested, passionate, and sincere team of individuals who love what they do and are so good at it. They are unbelievably responsive, overly generous with their time, extremely attentive to detail and endlessly patient. Without a doubt, we can say that thanks to Contemporary our wedding day was perfect and we are so grateful to everyone on the team. Rob and his team provided so much more value than I ever thought possible. We will ALWAYS refer Contemporary to our friends, families, and loved ones in need of wedding catering and, personally, we can’t wait to work with them again to cater other events in our future! “OK, it’s cookies, not pastries… but oh, my, oh, my!! Delicious, imaginative cookies. We went in for 2, came out with a dozen (+ 1 for a baker’s dozen‼️).“

“I found the company through a google search. I looked at multiple Los Angeles catering companies, and found Bite Catering to be the best one suited for my event. I loved how their website was so easy to understand, and I could independently calculate how much everything would cost, and what services were available. Great setup there.I ended up hiring Bite Catering Couture for my 50th birthday celebration (about 20 people) at my friend's home, and they delivered promptly, were very professional, and kept me updated on status of food, leading up to the day.As for the food itself, it was FANTASTIC and perfect for what I wanted. 1-2 bite appetizers, some more substantial than others (mini burgers vs small puffs with goat cheese). My favorites were: The whipped goat cheese/olive tapenade on top of puff pastry, the fruit platter was amazing and fresh and delicious. To quote Willy Wonka, "The Strawberries taste like strawberries!!!".. :)The lime coconut satay dipped in peanut sauce skewers were perfect. And the mac'n'cheese bites, dipped in an aioli were delish as well. Their sauces were perfectly matched to the food bites.The slow roasted tomato and herb tarts were delicious and had a very flaky pastry. I love goat cheese & tomato so these were a favorite of mine. And surprisingly, the caprese skewers (which had olive oil/balsamic for dipping) was gorgeous! That one surprised me how good it was.I personally polished off the rest of the Herb Mediterranean shrimp (dipped in lemon basil aiola) at the end of the night. So good! And the mini BBQ bacon cheeseburgers were perfect for those people looking for something more traditional and hearty.They have a good amount of gluten free and also vegan options, which was great because all the people at my party could then partake of the food. They also have options to purchase room temperature foods, and also foods that need to be heated. Both of these are delivered refrigerated. I purchased half room temp, and another half that needed to be heated for up to 8 minutes in the oven. The trays they were delivered in were ready to heat in the oven (once the cover was removed). So, getting the food set up was a breeze.All in all a great experience. Definitely would order from them again. Thank you so much!!!!“

“The Landmark is the ultimate banquet hall in LA. It is based on a large property in Mission Hills with huge open air parking lot and a big green garden. Entering into the building, you enter the beautiful hallway area with lounge sofas, a bar that you can use for tea/coffee or alcohol, and the beautiful grand piano by the long windows. On the right side, the big doors get you into the magnificent hall where the party is going to be. You are welcome to use the hall however l you desire to design it for youe special occasion. Some prefer to have the curtains open, some prefer to hire a vendor for their specific desired design. Menu is 10/10. Ambiance is 10/10 Service is 10/10 Shout out to Yervand, Kayla, and Yeva for helping us build our wedding day so elegantly. We appreciate the entire kitchen crew for serving us SUPER-DELICIOUS food. As a former employee of Anoush Banquet Hall, I saw that they have updated the menu with several tasty options for appetizers and hot food. Kids are safe and welcomed in your parties, and the kitchen can serve food for kids, such as truffles, mac & cheese, nuggets, pizza, etc. Additionally, they have a complementary food tasting day, The staff who served the tables were brilliant. Very polite, neet, always on time. As a former team member, I appreciated the very proffesional treatment before, during, and after wedding. Good job guys!! Thanks for everything!“
